The service and people were very nice, food and drinks excellent, comfortable rooms, very clean, good security

Not enough sunbathing area, pool is small, the music to loud to have a conversation around the pool and needs to vary the choice of music. Mattresses on the beds need updating

Prices of bed especially when you were staying at the hotel

Well located being close to Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Clean rooms ,friendly staff. Quirky designed hotel with a beach club atmosphere.

Welcoming was very nice and friendly with a cocktail, all staff were very polite and again friendly... Good massages from Patricia the best!!! Any thing we asked or wanted was never a problem... Staff at the swimming pool were always busy cleaning... We had a car so puerto banus was 5min from our hotel... Perfect location... We went also in april off season so it was nice and calm On season it will be very loud of party's I think...Room was nice for the price we payed... Next time we will take an upgrade with the jacuzzi and sunbeds...

Breakfast was really basic if you wanted eggs had to pay sur plus... I think breakfast can have an upgrade! and at the swimming pool it would be nice to have some beds and not the round ones to party on, because out of season it's not that comfortable to sun on that...

The apartment was wonderful , and the staff on arriving very late were very helpful . The food was good , generous portions and well presented . The swimming pool was clean and clear . We stayed in the apartments which for us non party people was fine. If you want a 24 hour party hotel don't care about being by the beach this will the place for you.

The hotel is right by the main A7 and the traffic noise was constant . We were kept awake by drilling in a near by apartment until 1.30 am one night, lots of shouting at 2.30 am . Clearly very early in the season hotel not quite ready for use. If you have a young family proably better to find some where quitter.

Stayed for a hen party and had a great time. Works out a good price when staying in the apartments only real downside is its a taxi ride to banks and to get taxis is a nightmare. The hotel have a taxi service but its 10 euros and with such a big group doing a few trips we must have spent 200 euros in taxis. Staff are helpful although one tried to charge us for towels!

Good location, fun staff and a clean, comfortable room, weather was not as good as i hoped, but i was made to feel very welcome. food was good.

Very contemporary and stylish. Yes 1 day a week you have to pay for the pool party but no different to Las Vegas.Friday's party is the best pool party in Marbella much more personal than Ocean Club. We found the Staff were great and food was awesome. Having stayed in many different hotels in the Marbella area, the Rooms in this hotel are best in Marbella –take a Jacuzzi suite if you can. Best gym I have ever seen in a hotel.

Its a 5 minute taxi ride to the port, which sometimes the taxis take a little while to come, no big problem though.

Nice contemporary hotel, the staff were lovely and helpful, Clean and comfortable and not too far from the beach!

Constant music around the pool and relaxation areas.. Loud and bassy music, not what you want when you are eating breakfast.. If it was chilled music in the mornings through to afternoon, it would be better

Style

Staff have a bad attitude. It was advertised and promoted that drinks were half price on the 4th floor. We specifically came back and it was closed. The staff refused to offer a gesture of the drinks in the normal bar. We were told to be quite by your aggressive security team yet at 2,3,4,5,6 and 7am the noise is terrible. Even at 8am it's still going on!

We were a group of girls coming for a long weekend. The hotel is very trendy and value for money. It's a party's hotel though which we loved but not for people who want a quiet time. The pool party is fab and so is the roof top bar. Would definitely stay here again.

overall the hotel is very clean. The staff were lovely and the food was basic.

You must be under no illusions about this hotel, this is a party hotel...its an older version of an 18-30ys...but as long as you are aware of this then you will know what to expect..private pool party is not open to guest you have to pay and the pool top terrace is not open at all, so when there is a private party you can not use the pool.

Hey we stayed for 3 days and really enjoyed , will definitely reccomend.

The live dj playing sets around the pool each day created a really pleasant ambience and made you feel like you were stopping in a really cool hotel. I guess as you would expect from a 4* boutique. I felt the food was very good value for money and available throughout the day.

As has been mentioned on here several times before the air conditioning is awful. We left it on throughout the day hoping it would cool the apartment to at least allow you to sleep, but it really didn't. I found myself waking up in a pool of sweat - not what you would expect from a 4* exclusive. It really tarnished our stay. On our 5th night we managed to get a fan which helped, but still not to an acceptable level. This issue really needs to be addressed, as it would prevent me from returning.

Swimming pool was great, it was allowed to use it at late evening, also breakfast was good - quite tasty. Gym is better than in some sport clubs!

Hotel deferentially is not for families with kids, at entrance to hotel is a lot of girls which "providing some services". Wall colors are to aggressive, I had room with red walls and red light.

My friend and I stayed at Sisu Boutique Hotel for a long weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and called it The Big Brother House. Everyone was really friendly and we soon joined into a lovely group of people. The food was good and the pool bar prices were reasonable.

Well they charged me 250 euros just for leaving a set of keys which I thought was totally ridiculous as t would never cost that much to replace a lock, For this, I would never stay there again. I also thought the choice of breakfast was very poor and instant coffee isnt good enough for that type of hotel.
