lack of parking and access. leaking bathroom basin should have been fixed.

The Hotel was very clean, although a little dated, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers etc. Will be back for another stay.

I have stayed before. The owners are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach front and local bars / resteraunts. Will return again!!

The day before you vacate you need to ring for the time of your bus? The owner did this ringing in front of me to Holiday Taxi. Com He wrote the address down for me which I then gave the taxi driver the next morning. When I arrived I was left with no pick up bus!! Costing me 70euros to alicante airport. This is the 2nd time this has happend? Not good for the hotel or holiday maker!! Never book with holiday taxis.com

Good location for beach and old town; very helpful reception and night staff; good service of simple continental breakfast. Although bathrooms have been modernised, the building is old and dark. However, this very basic hotel is deceptively good value for money (see below) and there is a stark contrast between reality and the favourable impression given by the photographs.

Single rooms are tiny and without much natural light; those at the back of the hotel quite dingy (I had been offered a choice). I booked a single for a stay of 7 nights in mid-October (low season) when the hotel was probably no more than 20% occupied and was therefore disappointed that, after seeing how small are the single rooms, my request for a double room for single use was declined even though I was willing to pay a supplement. (When staying at another hotel in September in a different part of town I was “upgraded” to a double without charge.) The hotel’s inflexible policy was to offer a double only at the full rate which I found poor business sense when there was obvious availability. I mentioned above deceptive good value for money because within a few hundred yards of this hotel I discovered a delightful alternative place at a cost of 18euros for a double (single use!) per night, against the 25euros I had paid for a single, which was far superior in every respect and to which I shall be returning. Beware Friday and Saturday nights – loud and vibrating music from adjoining club ends at 4.30 am!

Very clean and comfortable.. We only stayed here for one night but it was very comfortable and convenient for our needs.. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful..

My particular (single) room was very cramped and looked out onto a building blank wall. I think all rooms have balconies but no views. My balcony was too small to lie down on

It was exactly what I expected. Very clean, friendly,great loacation and very reasonable.

The central location did come with street noise into the night, however this was perfectly understandable given August is peak holiday season.

Location was the most important for us,very close to the beach and all the shops.

Only thing I didn't like was the bed,although it was clean I am used to a very soft bed.

Very basic hotel, but the staff were really nice, the beds comfy, the breakfast good and although noisey, it was well situated for the beach,and the freindlyness of the staff made it worthwhile.

Good hotel in excellent position near the old town and close to the beautiful beaches of Benidorm. The room was comfortable and warm with television and clean bathroom. The price included an excellent continental breakfast and free use of internet. Great value and low price choice.

Que no esté limpio Que después de avisar de la suciedad de la habitación al día siguiente estuviese exactamente igual habiendo pasado la señora de la limpieza. Que no me dieron, los mandos de todo lo que había electrónico de la habitación.

Air conditioning there haven't hot air.

Pues la ubicación, puesto que es muy céntrico y el servicio de recepción de noche puesto que son muy amables y simpáticos.

En primer lugar en el check in nos pusieron trabas para entrar por no presentar el recibo impreso de booking, durante el checking nos pusieron bastantes trabas. Además dijeron que el check out que ponía en Booking era mentira, y nos toco salir una hora antes de lo previsto. Por otro lado, teniamos reservada una habitación doble, y nos dieron una habitación triple, pero nos dijeron que una cama no la podíamos usar, puesto que solo habíamos pagado dos. Es la primera vez que nos prohíben utilizar un servicio de la habitación que ellos mismos nos han ofrecido. La habitación era interior y da a un patio de luces triste, tétrico y sucio y el cristal que da a la escalera de servicio/emergencia estaba destrozado. Además la habitación tiene un montón de humedades y una ventana pequeña rollo cárcel que no se puede cerrar por que no tiene persiana y por la que entre mucha luz por la mañana impidiendo un sueño tranquilo. Por último, destacamos que, aunque quizás solo fue casualidad, la gente allí alojada era muy rara y el gerente que nos recibió era muy antipático.

Zeer rolstoel ONvriendelijk. Zeer kleine lift - niet te doen met 2 personen en 2 koffers. Matig vriendelijk personeel. De man die het ontbijt moest verzorgen nam het ons bijna kwalijk (leek het) dat we kwamen eten. Badkamer zeer basic met een heel glibberige badkuip om in te douchen.

Esta situado, en un sitio excelente tanto para acercarse a la playa, como para callejear, es familiar y el personal educado y correcto.

Si se le hiciera un lavado de cara (cambiar flores, cortinas, repintar muebles, etc, cosas muy basicas y muy baratas, la imagen del hotel sería completamente distinta, mucho más acogedora)

Solo dos aspectos saco de positivo de mi estancia en el hotel Los Angeles, la atencion del sr de la recepcion de la noche, q es un señor amable y muy atento y la cercania del mismo a la playa Levante.

Son varios los elementos negativos y que se han de mejorar en este hotel que por muy economico q se venda, no es elemento para dar un servicio tan pesimo, primero que el señor de la recepcion de dia(disculpando el q no me sepa el nombre, es de Argelia) deja mucho que desear,, es poco amable,aparte hace comentarios sobre los clientes sin tener el mas minimo detalle de que hay otros clientes oyendole despotricar por ejemplo del turismo Ingles, sobre todo de los jovenes, ademas no es de esas personas que te recibe con buena cara o que esta presto a dar una buena buena atencion, es como que casi que hay q darle las gracias a el por lo que es su deber al tener que dar un servicio, otro problema del hotel, es casi ese tipo de preferencias al dar un tipo de habitacion o no, si pides una habitacion exterior, casi te da a entender q uno no tiene derecho, q ese tipo de habitaciones son para amigos o conocidos, no para un turista que paga por un servicio, pero que no tiene derecho a recibirlo, otro problema es el servicio de wifii o de internet, solo tuve el servicio poco mas de 2 horas y ese mismo dia no tuve mas acceso al servicio, lo que uno no quiso entrar en discrepancia, pero el servicio, se nota q esta restrigido, seria bueno que si no tienen conocimiento de como va el tema del internet, que pidan orientacion a su compañia telefonica y que le envien a un tecnico para que este le oriente que hacer para evitar las logicas molestias q esto causa, pq lo que no se debe es ofrecer un servicio, cuando este no es realmente accesible en el hotel, otro aspecto negativo, es que siendo un hotel de playa el recepcionista te diga que no desea q uno llegue al hotel con el bañador q uno lleva, ya q este al no ser de tipo bermuda, pues a el como no le gusta te dice que no debes entrar al hotel asi, el prefiere q uno entre envuelto en toalla o con un tipo de bañador mas a su gusto, otro aspecto negativo es q el dia miercoles 22 de agosto a pleno medio dia y con el calor que hacia, no...
