Good sized clean rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Verry friendly personal, clean airconditioned rooms with good beds!! safe can be hired for just 2,5€/day, good breakfast with enough choice. Great location
Excellent food, value for money, Great small personal Hotel Professionally run
All. Fab staff, receptionists and the manager are very helpfull and polite, clean and confortable room, and I have to say... the weather in November was really sunny to walk along the prominade at the Carihuela Beach (2min away). Thank you for the lovely stay!
Nothing at all. I´ll be back in November.
Clean . Helpfull staff .
Nothing really , one night stay so limited time there but would stay there again
Good value for money and staff very helpful and friendly
We liked the location ,friendly staff this was our second visit, We chatted with the owner/renter of the hotel and him and his wife have plans in place to refurbish the hotel this winter, so we look forward to our next visit early next year.
Hotel just looks a little tired and will benefit greatly by the make over that they have planned.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the room with direct access to the swimming pool and the location of the hotel is fantastic has a supermarket next door open all day. The hotel has a restaurant that serves buffet breakfast and dinner. I will go back, highly recommend it.
The premises look a bit tired but I was told that it will be refurbish for next season.
Location was acceptable for my needs. Close to Supermarket
Only 1 Light in Bedroom. Cockroaches in Bathroom. Toilet was loosely mounted to floor (Room 4)
The dinner was at times pretty bad. The hotel is going to be refurbished in November so we are hoping the kitchen gets updated as well, as a lot of food was wasted.
Fab location. Staff happy to help. Good size rooms & shower surprisingly good. Cheap. Supermarket & tabac next door. Beach a few minutes walk.
Hotel no faults. But a steep walk from train stop & to beach.
Nice place, pleasant and clean rooms, also the swimming pool The reception personel very helpfull, speak English very well. They have ]no problem with meals, drinks and advice or explanation everthing you want. Thanks!!!
Not much but if I have to say something then the lighting in room was a little dull
the location is good the staff are friendly
too expensive for single room in june i was given doudle room for less money than my latest visit single room.i would have thought june would be more expensive than october
This is a good value small hotel close to La Carahuila beach (5 mins or so walk away) and Benal Madena Marina about 20 mins walk along the Promenade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked one evening about local places to visit and 'Anna' on the reception was really enthusiastic to chat with us about her home town of Malaga and gave us lots of helpful information about where to dine with the best views and how to find some of the more 'off the beaten track' attractions, The friendliness of all the staff (Javier, Anna and the one we don't know his name -oops-) made our stay a memorable one.
Traffic noise was a bit annoying from the crack of dawn. New double glazed balcony doors would be a great addition to solve that little niggle, otherwise all was as you would expect for a budget price hotel
Loved the pool, staff and location - very friendly! Rooms basic, but nice with amazing air conditioning!!
Nothing, liked it all.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy ,especially the bed and pillows. The breakfast choice was good and enjoyable. It was handy having a well known Supermarket nearby.
The hotel was rather dated, decor and furniture etc. It was located on a busy road which was noisey late at night and early in the morning, luckily the room I stayed in was on the other side of the hotel.
The effort the staff made to compensate for poor facilities
The room we were given (the quality and size of rooms for the same price varies wildly) The lack of facilities (sunloungers particularly!)
The location was perfect for quick access to beaches, shops, and restaurants at Torremelinos, Benalmadena, and Marina. Step outside hotel and you can catch a bus to Malaga or Fuengerola. Staff are most friendly and eager to help. Rooms are clean and provide comfortable beds.
Nothing. For the price you pay you will not want anything better.
Dark and small room
The two men on reception on arrival very friendly.
In the rooms for 3 and 4 people the Air conditioning was poor, toilet chain broken in the room for 4, fridge unable to open and no help from staff. Everyone in our party of 9 agreed one night was enough!
The sheets and towels were very clean and the staff were excellent, very friendly and the breakfast was ample.
The room was so basic, no side lamps and lighting bad. The bathroom was very small, very difficult to move and no room between the toilet and bath so ended up sitting sideways. We used the hotel as a stop over for a couple of nights and accepted we got what we paid for - would not like to stay any longer.
The staff were very helpful , location was good not to noisy, not 250mts from beach but 10 min walk ,overall very good and would stay again.
would like a better range of food for breakfast ,and a mirror in the bedroom.
The friendliness of the staff
Air condition could have been colder
