Score from 635 reviews Very good
The hotel is designed very well and the décor I love. It is very clean in all areas and the room layout was great. Although no cooked breakfast the choice is very good and can help yourself to the small but well stocked buffet. The lady in the bar and breakfast room is very polite, helpful and smiles. we had a rear facing room and this was quiet enough. The price we paid was very very good Overall a good hotel but feel it has the potential to be outstanding.
The bed is so hard and there is the plastic coated sheets to cover the mattress which not only leaves you quite sweaty but sounds and feels awful. The spa is a lovely little treat but feel as guests of the hotel you should get it slightly cheaper as 20euro for 2 people for 1 hour is quite steep. The location is great but not signposted and very hard to find in the backstreets of Jerez one of the tourist signs like a lot of the other hotels would help a great deal. I called the hotel 3 times to ask for directions and was hung up on all 3 times. The reception staff are not the most friendliest. Feel a kettle in the room would be a massive bonus and maybe a mini fridge as the bar closes before 10 just to get a soft drink and make a cup of tea :)
Nice room at the topfloor, tasteful and 10min walk from citycenter.
No refregator/minibar in our room.
The waitress for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. She even went so far as to lend us her glasses when we both forgot ours in the room so that we could read the dinner menu
Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room as we got up early bit went down to breakfast late
Very spacious, comfortable room. Good range of choices for breakfast not too expensive. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.
No info on how to contact reception or emergency numbers
Managements help to see the best sites etc. in Jerez. Superb breakfast!!
Wifi not functioning Shower holder broken. Holiday weekend so maintenance personnel not available.
Great place for a short stay. Room clean, great breakfast, very helpful staff and convenient for seeing the sites.
We had a room at the front of the hotel so the bar opposite was noisy until 2am.
Halfway between main town and Spanish riding school, so convenient. Easy parking but costs 8 euros a day. They did allow us to leave the car the while we went to the horse show.
We had a two level apartment. Bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs which may not suit everyone. Dark decor which made the room gloomy.
Walking distance to dancing horses show Good Irish bar over the road Good breakfast
Spa was an extremely hot unpleasant experience Our room was not in main hotel building but an adjacent annex nice room with a mezzanine lounge, but felt a bit on the outer.
Easy walking distance to the old town center and bodegas. Very pleasant staff. Well appointed lobby and room. Would highly recommend during your stay in Jerez. Jerez is a very cute town. Not too large or small.
Fantastic hotel, very helpful & friendly staff. Lovely clean spacious room. Great choice at breakfast.
Nothing it was perfect
We liked our stay a lot. Big clean room, large bed, two sinks in the bathroom. The hotel located very close to the city center. Private parking costs 8 euros. We got useful information at the reception about visiting bodegas and managed to visit one at the same day. Rather good breakfast. Excellent value for money, we would stay again
- In the first room we were given, there was a gigantic black stain on the carpet (didn't look good), but we were given a new room afer complaining
- WiFi connection wasn't too good - At the beginning staff was trying to make us stay in the room with the stain (which looked like something died there ;) ) - The other room was quite dark (spacious though)
Beautiful room very clean air conditioner & wifi worked great.
The staff were not friendly. The location was just ok and the hotel was hard to find. Not a lot of good restaurants around the hotel.
nice hotel, good location, would stay again while in Jerez
Nothing was impressive about this hotel.
The room was too small. No information in the room. A very old Television set in the room with poor quality picture. The hotel doen`t meet the standard of a 4 Star hotel. No toilet brush in the room. According to hotel staff toilet brush is prohibited in this hotel. So if you go to toilet you have to stay in your mess until you check out.
Spacious & clean room with good bathroom, good location for seeing the horse show.
The room facing a street gets some traffic noise.
The staff: extremely kind and professional. The breakfast
Big room with good bathroom
A bit away from the old town
The staff, cleanliness, breakfast.......
everything was perfect.... Even too much!!
Even if I try I cannot find anything wrong
Great location, fair car park charge, friendly staff, comfy bed, very clean hotel. VFM, Would use again.
Poor bar snacks, wi-fi, only worked in reception area. Over bath shower in our room good for training contortionists !
The location is very good and the service excellent
Ambience, location, good breakfast buffet.
Brilliant value, great accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, easy stroll to centre and to Andalusian horses and sandeman bodega
