- In the first room we were given, there was a gigantic black stain on the carpet (didn't look good), but we were given a new room afer complaining
- WiFi connection wasn't too good - At the beginning staff was trying to make us stay in the room with the stain (which looked like something died there ;) ) - The other room was quite dark (spacious though)
Beautiful room very clean air conditioner & wifi worked great.
The staff were not friendly. The location was just ok and the hotel was hard to find. Not a lot of good restaurants around the hotel.
nice hotel, good location, would stay again while in Jerez
Spacious & clean room with good bathroom, good location for seeing the horse show.
The room facing a street gets some traffic noise.
The staff: extremely kind and professional. The breakfast
Big room with good bathroom
A bit away from the old town
The staff, cleanliness, breakfast.......
everything was perfect.... Even too much!!
Even if I try I cannot find anything wrong
Great location, fair car park charge, friendly staff, comfy bed, very clean hotel. VFM, Would use again.
Poor bar snacks, wi-fi, only worked in reception area. Over bath shower in our room good for training contortionists !
The location is very good and the service excellent
Ambience, location, good breakfast buffet.
Brilliant value, great accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, easy stroll to centre and to Andalusian horses and sandeman bodega
Very comfortable and good location Very reasonable.
Breskfast time on the one occasion we took it was unpleasant as i was chastised for having two slices of toast on continental breakfast publicly. It caused embarrassment and was petty.
The head waiter took great care in his work and so did the cleaner of our room. Room was clean and spacious and it was a five to ten minute walk to centre, not all that many restaurants near by though so best to eat there, food was a bit hit and miss for dinner unfortunately. But good value.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The afternoon receptionist could be helpful but it seemed under duress at times. The waitress at breakfast and on dinner once a week didn't seem to understand what on earth customer service meant. Both of them could do with a lot of extra training in this area! It's also the first four star we have stayed in without a fridge in the room. Turns out the Spa facility is run separately and wasn't quite what we expected but it was ok.
The hotel and room were large and comfortable. We liked the location but it was a bit out of the centre which might be a problem to some. There is an excellent Irish Pub across the road.
The quietness and quality of the hotel!
The bathroom was old fashioned! During my stay it was not possible to have a drink the bar!
Location Room was rather big and confortable
Water didn´t run with enough pressure at the shower The Spa doesn´t reach by far what should be expected at a 4 stars hotel.
The room was very spacious and the decor was pleasing. The bathroom was spotless and shower pressure great. Parking was very accessible and we had no trouble finding a space. All up, the hotel was attractive and well kept.
It was a former sherry house, nicely modernised, so had both some atmosphere and modern comfort.
Staff at reception very good and friendly. Room was good and we had a big bathroom which was the best! The kindness and friendliness of the Director of the hotel. She even carried my bag to the car!!
Staff at restaurant - average, was not pleased we arrived late for breakfast the first day after closing time. We were under the impression that the breakfast times were the same as the previous hotel of the same chain - we were wrong! The location was good but not central.
Some tea or coffee in the room WiFi that works better
The room was excellent with light airy windows. Easy to walk into the city centre.
Bar hours are very short
The location is brilliant! About a 10 minute walk into the centre. The beds are comfy and rooms are nice. Jerez is a beautiful place and we had a lovely trip. The man on reception was very helpful with directions.
You have to book to go into the spa - it's only small but it's nice. Make sure you don't miss out. There isn't always someone at the bar.
We stayed at Casa 2. Lovely room but very poor sound proofing in the rooms, able to listen to neighbors conversation amongst other things.
