An upscale spa hotel about 15 minutes from Cadiz. Our room was super large, with a giant jacuzzi in the room itself. The hotel staff was super- friendly. The hotel grounds were very pretty and relaxing.

We stayed in one of the premium rooms and it was first class. Beautifully clean, tasteful decor, quality fittings and spacious. First class facilities with efficient helpful staff. The only negative was our electric adjustable beds which had a very firm mattress resulting in a poor nights sleep.

J'ai aimé la structure de l'hôtel, pas de promiscuité avec les autres personnes, le côté jardin luxuriant et la piscine, l'espace dans la chambre, la terrasse privative à l'abri des regards. J'ai aimé également le service discret mais professionnel, tant à la réception qu'au restaurant. Le menu du restaurant d'un très bon rapport qualité prix dans un cadre agréable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Le garage côté hôtel est un peu étroit donc pas facile en terme d'accès.

Magnífico hotel, lleno de vegetación interior y muy cuidado. Tranquilo y silencioso. Relajante. Habitación fabulosa, grandísima, con bañera redonda a los pies de la cama, aparte del cuarto de baño. Armarios amplios. Cama grande de matrimonio con dosel. Tresillo en la habitación, un buró-escritorio, TV grande, de plasma y como remate una terraza grande sobre la piscina. Tienen dos piscinas, una de ellas climatizada. Personal correcto y garaje fácil. Estupendo establecimiento, todo él muy bien decorado. Por poner algo, quizá está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, hay que coger siempre el coche.

Kinder dürfen spa nicht benutzen. Zu keiner Zeit. Nur die Außenpools, die Ostern zu kalt sind. Das ist enttäusched für den Preis. Die Hälfte der Zeit ist der Bereich durch externe Kurse ect. Besetzt. Nur das kleine Schwimmbad ist im Preis. Sauna etc. kostet pro Stunde extra. Die Zimmer im Premiumbereich sind hübsch, die Betten sind jedoch unglaublich hart. Die obligatorische Ameisenstraße findet man auch hier im Badezimmer. Das Hotelpersonal ist nett, das Restaurantpersonal spricht aber nur Spanisch und ein wenig zäh. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein Wintergarten und im Frühjahr ca. 12 Grad kalt. Die Lage ist unspektakulär am Rand eines Villenviertel. Kleine Einkaufszeile in der Nähe. Der Garten ist schön. Das reicht aber nicht. Möchte gern ein elitäres Publikum ansprechen, kann den Anspruch aber nicht erfüllen. Der Eindruck ist ein wenig arogant. Das macht den Gast unzufrieden. Wir würden nicht noch mal hinfahren.

Excelentes instalações e serviços. Café da manhã não é compatível com as instalações do hotel. Pouca variedade e qualidade disponível. Atendimento do restaurante deixa a desejar - funcionários pouco atenciosos.

La chambre et l'hotel en général était très agréable. Suite de petit pavillon donnant sur un beau jardin. Séjour fin décembre avec un restaurant fermé et l'hotel est loin de tout. Nous avions choisi cet hotel car il proposait une piscine intérieure, mais en fait celle-ci est réservée par les cours d'aquagym et les clients de l'hotel ne peuvent donc pas s'y rendre (sauf entre 20h30 et 21h), il y a donc tromperie sur le descriptif. Domage car l'hotel pourait être agréable.

El complejo de un estilo de casa anzaluza y la decoración en general, todo precioso. Servicios excelentes. Puede catalogarse de lujoso. El desayuno un 10.El personal muy atento y competente. La ubicación, un poco alejado del centro. No había servicio de cafetería por la noche

Me ha gustado muchísimo el hotel en si,lo que me ha fascinado ha sido la habitación y el spa y el servicio de habitaciones,la atención buena y el entorno del hotel con mucho encanto,lo único que no me ha parecido bien es que no tenga la cafetería y el restaurante abierto para los clientes,solo lo esta para la hora del desayuno,eso personalmente lo cambiaría,por lo demás perfecto.

Superbe hôtel de style andalous, endroit magnifique, grandes chambres superbement décorées avec tout le confort possible....rien ne manque..., Un peu (trop) éloigné de Cadix +de 20 kms) si le but était de visiter cette ville plusieurs jours...

Ik weet niet of onze groep van 6 vrienden een toevallige upgrade kregen. Het reuzenbad in de (zeer) ruime slaapkamer was alleszins een verrassing. Bovendien was er nog een aparte badkamer met douche. Prachtig zwembad en mooie tuin. Maaltijden OK.
