Good location. Friendly staff. Not a professional hotel but a simple, good "value for money" accommodation. Small room and shower (but not too disappointing, considering the price.)

Nos atendieron muy bien, en todo momento nos prestaron ayuda en cualquiera de las consultas que teníamos. Además, olvidamos por descuido una toalla que no dudaron en enviárnosla por correo cuando les avisamos 1 día después de irnos. El primer dia hacia un poco de frio en la habitación pero enseguida nos comentaron que era porque habia algunas calefacciones que estaban cerradas. Enseguida tuvimos buena temperatura sin problema.

Su ubicación era perfecta. Además, a pesar de que fuera había ruido en la habitación no se escuchaba nada. La cama muy cómoda y el baño limpísimo. Por el baño entraba un olor raro, yo creo que era de la cocina. El hotel es pizzería y creo que era la acumulación de olores de la cocina. De todos modos, eso sólo ocurría a ciertas horas del día (comidas) y no era algo gravísimo.

Hotel muy céntrico a unos 5 minutos del centro de Llanes. Tranquilidad, facilidad de aparcamiento ( a pesar de las vueltas del GPS), y decoracion exquisita. Trato muy amable de la propietaria. He de destacar que no escuché ningún ruido en toda la noche. Quizás y por decir algo, el tamaño del baño ( pequeño pero muy bien acondicionado). Mampara de la bañera un poco mas grande.

La decoración, tamaño y limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente. Está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con aparcamiento privado gratuito para los clientes. La información y el trato recibido al llegar no fue como se esperaba. El resto del personal tuvo con nosotros un trato impecable.

La chica de recepción es muy simpática. La ubicación es muy buena ya que el hotel se encuentra en pleno centro turístico. La habitación era acogedora y lo mejor del hotel fue el parking gratuito, ya que era imposible aparcar en Llanes.

En general el trato con el personal ha sido correcto, solamente lo hemos usado para dormir, ya que nos hemos dedicado a recorrer la zona. Es centrico en todo el ambiene de Llanes, con sitios para comer y desayunar, aunque se puede hacer en el hotel, nosotros no lo hemos hecho. Conviene avisar que no abran una ventana que dá a un patio interior, pues suben malos olores coo de alcantarilla, se soluciona cerrando esa ventana y abriendo la de la callle

Me ha gustado su ubicacion,muy centrico, limpio) muy importante tiene parking. El problema es el ruido, Pienso que tendrian que poner doble ventana para amortiguar el ruido de fuera

la ubicacion , el trato escelente mui confortable igual como en casa desde luego fastinante se lo recomiendo a cualquiera porque es perfecto mui bien la habitacion 103 comodisima genial el pueblo ideal para disfrutar y relejarse desde luego una semana santa perfecta.......

La ubicación y la limpieza. No me han gustado las instalaciones, son pésimas, el baño es pequeñísimo tanto que lavarse el pelo puede resultar toda una hazaña. La cama es corta y estirando las piernas puedes tocar de punta a punta. Por no hablar de la decoración... Horrible. Malísima relación calidad-precio.
