Hotel Los Tilos  

Location, close to restaurants and Centro Historico. (the view from the 4th floor balcony is the Cathedral and the Alhambra). Older hotel but clean and friendly.

An ideal hotel as a base for visiting Granada. Centrally situated, very clean, comfortable and with friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. We would certainly stay here again.

Bathroom was smelly and the heater in the bathroom was uncontrollable. The view from our room was not good (deserted house view).

I stayed here with my father for a trip to Granada and it was perfect in terms of facilities and location. Excellent value for money - we had a comfortable, light and spacious room with a wonderful balcony view overlooking bustling Bib-Ramble Plaza, the Cathedral and the Alhambra. It was very centrally located for shopping, restaurants, and bars, and all the sights. We were lucky enough to be there for Semana Santa and all the processions passed by within a minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with all our requests in a professional and efficient manner. We had been touring through other parts of Andalucia by car and the hotel has an arrangement with a underground car park which is a short walk away. Was a great place to stay and would return again.

I have liked everything in Hotel Los Tilos. Owner and personal was so kind and polite. This is in center of Granada and has amazing view of Bib Rambla and AlHambra Palace. This was my second time in hotel, and next time i will be there again.

We thought Los Tilos was an excellent hotel especially as a two star hotel. The decor was very attractive, the staff extremely helpful, the location couldn't be better - just minutes from the cathedral - and the plaza Bib-Rambla was delightful with lots of cafe, restaurants, and local charm - and the price was extremely good. We loved our stay in Granada - a fascinating city and we'd love come back again and probably to Los Tilos.

Parking was tricky in that part of Granada and the hotel has a deal with the La Paz car park - which is only about 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful when we called but before that we were tearing our hair out trying to get close enough to the hotel (which is in a pedestrianised area) to park. Next time we'd come without a car because you really don't need it in Granada.

Unprecedented location right in the middle of old town Granada on a major square. Helpful staff for usual travel questions. Rooms were spartan, adequate, but great value for the money.Breakfast offered choice and was certainly sufficient for 5Euros

The Acceptance was kind of old fashioned and a little too much familiar for my taste.

The Hotel is located very centrally (problem with parking!) but apart from that it was really nice and a good value for the price!

Totally trouble free - our room was comfortable and had a great view of the cathedral. The location is great right on the square. We couldn't have walked to the Alhambra, but could get a taxi there for less than 5 euros. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Basic breakfast, but lots to choose from. Highly recommend!

The owners of the hotel were extremely helpful and keen to make our stay enjoyable. The main room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful plaza bibrambla. The hotel is perfectly located for the best tapas bars in the calle navas, the cathedral and the alhambra. It also represented good value for money. We would definitely go back.

Very clean. Nicely decorated rooms. The desk staff was helpful.

We have stayed here 3 times because of the perfect location on Plaza Bibrambla. The front rooms have great views of the plaza and the third floor balcony has amazing views of the Alhambra and the mountains.Good value for money.

Didn't like the long bolster pillow on the double bed. Would have preferred separate pillows but the beds were very comfortable.

hotel reception is in the first floor without left, you should going up to it using stairs carrying your bags.

Large, comfortable room, excellent location, fantastic terrace overlooking the city, very good breakfast.

Its near the shops and not far from the Alhambra.

The room needs updating and the bathroom is a bit old fashioned with an old fashion cistern which was very noisy and therefore we dare not flush during the night in order not to wake other residents

Good location in Granada near the cathedral.

The window was opening on an internal shaft, so there were ne view at all. However this is quiet for sleeping.

Staff at the hotel were very accomodating and helpful (9 out of 10). Location is very very central, to the cathedral, Albacin area and a walk to the Alhambra (9 out of 10).

Hotel could use a little update. Walls are very thin. You can hear almost everything through the walls.

Had a comfortable and convenient stay. Great breakfast and very affordable. After leaving the hotel I discovered that I had left some valuable in the safe. I called the hotel who responded immediately, found my belonging and offered to cycle to the bus station and send gods by courier express as I was leaving my next destination in one day. All went well and their help was much appreciated.
