lovely hotel chapel, very good porter, excellent free minibus service to town and back, on demand, can't be beaten.

The shuttle bus was a very good way for us to get around, as it would be expensive getting taxis.

Comfortable beds

reception staff not helpful and quite rude, hotel is in an awkward spot to find and directions supplied were not specific. Pool was not opened some days even tho high season. Overall would not really recommend it as a base for Santiago

The bedroom. A large comfortable bed. Decent reading lights. // Once windows shut you could not hear the traffic noise.

Breakfast looked really dreary from the glass fronted lift, all you saw was a few bits of cake. Needs rethinking.// if you arrive at Plazia Galicia for a bus you do not know if it has just gone or coming, even if you phone it could be an hour before it comes. Gastly arrangement. /Drivers very pleasant and helpful. / a bus timetable would have irritated less clients, duty manager not visible.

Good location close to Santiago Lugo airport, good quality hotel with excellent facilities, very comfortable high standard rooms quiet and relaxing. Would recommend this hotel for visiting Santiago and surrounding areas of Galicia.

a very comfortable and pleasant hotel... rooms lovely and spacious . bus into town a great advantage.

the pool did not open until 12 noon

Free bus service into town, lovely gardens & swimming pool, shame about the weather.

Lack of vegetarian choice on the menu in the restaurant.No TV channel in English. not even a news channel.

Very helpful staff and a good location. The town is a few minutes away by shuttle bus service... it is free and on demand. I would certainly use the hotel again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and tried to do everything they could, however they did speak little english. The hotel itself is absolutly stunning. There were alot of facilities available however the ones i wanted to use were not open such as the gym and sauna.
