There is nothing to like in this hotel, a very small room less that 30 cm between the wall and the bed, you can't walk, I success to Chang my clothes above the bed, air-conditioned making noise and you can't sleep, there's no elevator, and I held up the bags tow levels alone on the stairs twice without help from any body.... It was a bad idea to get there
Good location for train station and central area.
Poor wifi connection and really skimpy breakfast. Fumes from cleaning products were overwhelming and the room was pretty rundown and shabby. Lots of neighbouring noise as no soundproofing.
staff, rooms were dirty, bedlinen was dirty, towels were dirty
The location with walking distance to shops, restaurants and tourist areas such as Alhambra and Alabicin district.
Poor sound insulation as you could hear the people snoring next door and the balcony doors did not fit so poor double glazing as you could hear all outside what was going on.
It is NOT A HOTEL, but A HOSTAL. Extremely poor conditions; Our friends did not have water at the toilet. Dirty, the blanket had holes in it.
Was a bit hard to find but driving in Granada was tricky anyway you look at it. Location was good for the bus line. However, bugs in our room, no lift, old and run down made for a unpleasant stay at this hostel. Pictures online made it look completely different from real life. Lots of noise from traffic, people talking, singing, yelling & screwing. Wouldn't recommend it if you could afford better. Staff was understanding...they gave us another room, no bugs same noise level.
The location was good for the price we knew what to expect
The covers on the bed were dirty or staind, the bathroom was very very small
close to centre
Perfect location for all the site seeing in Granada, lots of bars and restuarants in the area. Vibrant and lively
Bit noisy at times
They booked us a tour of the Alhambra at a reasonable rate.
Night staff spoke almost no English. No elevator.
the location wasnt too bad and the free wifi in the rooms was a bonus.
The walls were paper thin, the area is very noisy and the bed was very uncomfortable. No iron available which was annoying as we were attending a wedding.
24h reception Friendly staff Clean room
Could hear everything that went on in the corridor
This place was by far the worst hotel(SHOULD be called a pension) Sleep in your car...it's cleaner, healthier and 100% better. It was old and dirty. The room was a double with awful furniture. The A/C was old, very noisy and was dropping water all through the day, night till the morning, my fiance couldn't sleep because of the water drops and the room was flooded...It was like a small tsunami!! . When we complained to the concierge he informed us that he couldn't do anything that we should complain the next day to the next concierge . There were bugs in the room and bathroom. If not because all other facilities were booked we would have gladly paid for another facility. For booking.com to keep it´s reputation we advise that they should discontinue /disassociated themselves with this facility. Truthfully this hotel should be CONSIDERED A PENSION!
location is great, room was very clean and comfortable and most importantly it was air-conditioned. In the summer this is essential
The breakfast was really poor
wifi connection is very weak!!!! the shower is too small
Good value for money, good wifi and location. The cleanining of the rooms wasnt good; there was pee marks on the toilet seat, stains on the sheets etc
Location and service at the desk
Cleanliness was suspect and noisy
Its location and the room, which was quite comfortable.
Very noisy neighbourhood and the fact that I had to carry my luggage to the 2nd floor, as they don't have a lift.
Nice and friendly atmosphere. Staff excellent, as always.
Staff were rude and looked at you as if you were an imbecile for asking a question.
Excellent, friendly, and helpfull as always. I stay here a lot.
Everything was excellent, the attitude of personnel, the room itself. I don't know who wrote that staff was't friendly but it's nonsense. They were very helpful. Excellent choice for a budget stay.
The only thing I didn't like as has already been written - you hear simply everything what happens around.
