The staff in the hotel handling the check in for the apartment were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaner lady was very good and provided us with blankets after we requested for them.
The lobby of the apartment block is presently not in use and certainly don't look like the photograph.
I liked the location and the room itself.
The person who received us at the front desk when we checked in was very rude. I did not feel welcome at all with that person and that almost made me change my reservation but I did not have other choice since we had already paid
Location Washing machine Apartment size
Graffiti in the area was intimidating (Granada seems to have a huge graffiti problem) Building was unmanned, not even reception Bathroom door didnt close properly or have lock Sofa was old and damaged Furniture was basic
- Very hard access with car - Multi location hotel (i.e. hotel and appart hotel not in the same location) - Insufficient personnel located only in the hotel - Parking should be offered
Convenient to the centre of town.
This property is down a grubby street covered in graffiti. There are no staff on the premises and you must check in at a sister hotel (admittedly only five minutes away). The entrance to the apartments is not like the picture - there is in fact no furniture at all and space is empty. The apartment was not well equipped with not even a kettle. Would not stay there again.
Close to via de colon. Close to restaurants n night life
Gettn keys at diff location. Tired travelers just want to get to their room. Unclear directions on how to open door to get out onto street. Struggles 15 min before gettn door open. No on at front desk to answer questions
Value for money, very clean room and the price is very reasonable.
I liked its location which was close to main attractions and its price was ok for an economic trip.
we felt a bad smell in corridors whole the building that I guess was related to cleaning chemical!! the toilet lack fun or other type of ventilation which was a little bit disgusting. air conditioner was only in dinning hall and the bed rooms lacking functional air conditioner. the kitchen utilities were complete and acceptable.
Location is great, kitchen has all the necessary things, clean, close to main streets and attractions. Take their advice on parking. Underground parking in the central street is around 20+ Euros for 10-24 hours.
Guy at the reception did not speak any English and was not friendly. We had to come back and we were lucky to get an English-speaking employee who answered all the questions. Apartment was clean but had an unpleasant musky smell. Buildings around the apartment look deserted and we did not feel secure coming back to the apartment after 11pm.
Personal was so helpful and firendly.
The location is excellent and the heating system is very efficient El sitio es muy céntrico y la calefacción funciona de maravilla
When you pay what they charge you expect a certain level of quality. When I arrived the person in reception was talking to a lady who was looking for a job, I had to wait for him to finish giving her his instructions (after a long trip). Going up to the apartment we found the cleaning staff was still working, ( it was 3 P.M.). We found the apartment dirty, the bed sheets had hair on them, dust on the doors and some deffered maintenance. They ask for a credit card number as a garantee for the kitchen equipments, however they were dirty with grease left on them. They say they have wifi but it never worked. Keep in mind that parking will cost around 20 euros a day, that´s an additional cost.
Nothing. Stay away from this property when you visit Granada!!!
Our worst accommodation during our holidays in Spain (Mad-Sev-Gra-Bar). All went wrong from the moment we checked in. 1. Direction from Angel (Receptionist) to apartment was so vague (why not provide a map) a "two" minute walk turn out to be merry go round in an unfamiliar city especially with luggages in a cold wet wintery condition!!! 2. Dead roach in room plus musky smell. 3. WIFI slow with constant dropping of signal 4. Uncomfortable sofa beds 5. Heater in the room not working (in mid Winter!!!) summed up our nightmarish 1 night stay. We even thought of checking out (at 6.30pm) & take the last train out to Barcelona!!!
Not adequate heating. We need to sleep in the cold. House has bad smell , broken clothes hangers and very soft mattress. Whole family feels miserable.
The cleanliness and comfort was wonderful.
I did not like having to go to the other hotel to check-in, especially because the photo reflects what the lobby looked like in the past.
If you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel, this one is a good option with the minimum necessity offerings.
The comfort of the apartment is poor. Furniture is old. There was no soap and there were only four towels although we declared that we are 5 adults; therefore we had to ask them from the reception which is in the other building of the hotel almost 200 meters away.
The neighbour hood is rough. My children were frightened with the screaming and noises. We reached and no one was to open the door. When I called, receptionist said I have to go to another location to get my keys then get back to where I live!! The blocked an amount on my card. I got in touch to remove it since I already paid but no answer. This place is so lousy it will make your head spin
Location is handy to everything
Graffiti everywhere. Apartments in separate building from hotel with no directions to main entrance. taxi driver went to wrong building and laundry man had to lead us through back alleys to hotel entrance with luggage. Staff had very limited English compared to other hotels.
Good quality apartement in the city center.
Nothing excellent but OK quality for OK price. 1 key only and you cannot ring the apartement from the downstairs if you want to enter the building without key.
Proximity to Alhambra and historic city. Clean and well serviced. Hotel reception friendly and helpful.
Difficulty in finding the Apartments in the beginning. A clearer map would have made a difference.
Good location, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the Albazyn. The apartment was a good size. Price worked at only €39 per night, fantastic
For an apartment there was no table to eat at, a little strange when there is a kitchen to prepare food, but nowhere to eat it. No a major problem in a city like Granada where in many places you get a free tapa withe each drink. As you can imagine we didn't cook much! Also a similar situation with the washing machine, but no facilities to dry the clothes except hanging them on the radiator. Once again not a major issue, as we only stayed for 3 nights.
i did like it
hard to get to the hotel
Price was good. Nice building entrance. Nice american kitchen. Nice bedrooms. Big fridge!!!
Really bad cough. Parking just with fee charge, when the hotel announcement said that "parking fees might be charged". Street was a bit scary during the night and smelled bad.No previous warning about the need to go pick the apartment key in another hotel.
the location is good and the price offered were unexpected.
there was no phone access in the apartment to the reception but that was not a big deal for us.
