Good placement: easy take to city center/ bus stop of tourist city- buses/ beach/ park; convenient for self-planned long trips: quiet family hotel, rather pleasant district of Barcelona, a lot of cafe & restaurants, few food stores and shops

Paid late check-in - after 20.00 additional not mentioned on site insurance fee - 200 euro (it was returned after check-out, but I didn't find any note about this!!!) early check-out - 11.00 no mini bar, no coffee and tea, no water - with late check-in this is very uncomfortable additional fee for room cleaning

It was my second time I stayed in Lugaris and I really enjoyed! Totally everything was perfect!

Nothing I didn't like! But if management is looking for things to think about - they could put some necessaries in kitchen & bath (salt, sugar, coffe & tea, some soap etc),or distinctly offer it at reception.

The place is clean and comfortable

The payment of $200 as deposit for damage, and we don, t get our money till we return home, as we still have 10 more days to go else where. The reason was that they don, t have people to clean and to check until 2 days later. Normally money will be return in a vew days. Why they don, t just say on the contract that they would ask us to sign a guarantee of $200, and use our visa as collateral.

Great location - it is close to a metro station making it easy to get around to see all the sights and it is only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was great, fully equipped and decorated well with free WiFi which is always a bonus! The area felt safe even when returning late at night. A Taxi from the airport is around 30 euros however it would be easy to get there via train/metro.

I travelled with my father and little sister. The apartment we stayed had 2 bedrooms with separate toilets and bathrooms. We found it very convenient. Very friendly and helpful stuff, clean and spacious apartment, very well equipped, also beach is very near. I think it is the best option for summer long stay in Barcelona. The area is quiet and has lots of small restaurants & shops. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

When I arrived (after 2pm) there was no one at the reception& the office was closed, I had called the phone number written at the door and received an immidiate answer that someone will be sent soon to meet us. The person arrived in 15 minutes, applogising. The day of the departure morning (11 am) there was noone at the reception once again. SO best is to call in advance to inform time that you are arriving. Also the Metro station is very far from the holtel; it was tireding to walk extra 15 minutes from metro to hotel every day after a long day of sightseeing...

The apartment was spacious and luxurious and the design was lovely. It was also clean and very open plan. The kitchen had all the relevant accessories and it provided washing up liquid, (which other apartments do not). Free wifi. Free oranges.

The view was of the car park. Lack of free car parking.

The space; very large, 2 bathrooms, 4 beds, livingroom and kitchen. Shops, bars and restaurants when you walk out of the door.

Very beautiful, comfortable, cozy, quiet and spacious apartment. Well equipped with state of the art appliances. Many shopping stores, a metro stop and a bus stop nearby.

We faced some problem with the wifi connectivity. The signals would disappear sometimes...

Everything. The Staff were very kind and had all the maps & local travel information ready for us. The location was great, just a short walk to the metro & the beach. The apartment was lovely, very stylish & comfortable with a home from home feel.

-location -fit-out of the apartment -merkat is just 5 min walk from the apartment -close to the sea -pleasant and modern area to live, not noisy, calm -clean area

At arrival by car we were helped very friendly by the local staff. They even advised us not to use their car-parking for 15 Euro per day and showed us where we could park nearby for free. We got a free upgrade to a very large appartment (approximately 120 m2). The appartment is very comfortable and well equiped. (Even a nespresso coffeemachine, and washing machine with dryer). The staff at the office was very helpfull during our stay and the office opening times are till 8 pm. The walking distance is10 minutes to the metro and 5 minutes to the beach. I have been many times to Barcelona (> 20 times) and can say this appartment is real value for money.

The apartment was very clean. The furniture and bed were comfortable. You have everything you need to make your own food in the kitchen. There was a comment that even though you had a washing machine, there wasn't detergent. We asked when we got there and they gave us detergent so that was not a problem.

Nothing was provided except towels in the bathroom that you would see in any descent hotel (soap, shampoo, etc.) It is understandable for them to use a deposit system due to it's home concept. However we don't think 200€ is reasonable (for one night at least, in our case).

The room looks exactly as in the pics, pleasant and home-like interior. Balcony overlooks nice lively passage full of cafes and restaurants, the beach is just 3-5 minutes walk. Bus #41 driving to the city center (Placa Catalunya is about 15 minutes) stops 150 meters from the door. Full set of kitchen appliances and washing machine.

Lovely 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms apartment. Comfortable and clean. Staff...Pia and Narcis were very helpful. Thank you. Free wifi. Really great suburb of Barcelona. Poble Nou has good bars, restaurants, shops and close to the sea. Access to Barcelona via taxis, metro, public bus or the city turistic bus. Very good underground parking. Was easy to find with our sat nav. We loved it.

Everything 100% corresponds description from the Booking.com. Underground parking is good and convenient.

It takes about 10 min. To walk to/from metro station. No public transport on the surface. Sure if you are O.K. and the weather is... It is not a problem. But if it rains or you have some problem with walking?

Exceeded expectations. Large comfortable apartment that came very well equipped. Nice balcony overlooking a largely pedestrian street full of tapas bars and restaurants. Staff efficient and friendly. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Located close to the beach and a 20 minute walk along the beachfront to the conference centre.

Wasn't that easy to find and is a modest walk from the Metro

在巴黎紧巴惯了，同样价格的房子在这里这样的宽裕，反差大到有点受不了。2室1厅2卫1厨。住2个人或者3- 个人都太浪费了。4个人刚好，5个人也不多。真的和在自己家一样。或者说比在自己家还舒服。家用的东西一应- 俱全，还没有家务的麻烦。

Dass in einem 4er Arpartment nur 3 Betten überzogen und nur 3 Handtücher da waren! Dass die Rezeption so gut wie nie besetzt war, obwohl die Zeiten an der Tür standen. Wenig Info Keine Nespressokapseln trotz Maschine lange Anfahrt in die Stadt und zum Flughafen
