Location-close to museums Staff- Juan Carlos and Carlos were most helpful in all respects.
Our room was by a small street which was flocked by teenagers, and noise created by garbage collectors.
double room was really small, dirty bath even i ask to clean (should never happend), airvcondition it s noisy and not stoppable
Everything really, very helpful Staff, super Location, very clean, lovely, spotlessly clean Bathroom.
Central located but on the side street, so very quite in the night. For us was very important to be in a waking distance to main city attractions (Prado, Reina Sofia, Botanic Garden-10min, Grand Via-1min, Plaza Major and Sol-10min), but also to have a good night sleep. Polite and helpful staff.
Rooms should be renewed.
Room, size, bed, overall
huge room great bathroom except for that half shielded bathtub glass enclosure wifi great access to all the gay bars short walk to prado
Location was excellent - 5 mins walk from Cibeles, where the airport express stops. Staff were friendly and accommodating - they arranged a makeshift breakfast for us (we had an early morning flight out)
The excellent location of the hotel - one road back from Gran Via - means that the Infantas is close to all major sights and the metro, whilst being peaceful at night. The restaurant and coffee shop are both excellent and the streets around the hotel offer a variety of eateries and shops.
The room was rather dark as it was inward facing but as we were only there to sleep, this was no real drawback.
This hotel is good located, in the heart of the city center, in a quiet street. The staff is nice, helpful. The room was clean, confortable, very quiet.
This hotel is far from a 4 stars, it deserve only 3. The room is clean, confortable, but old fashioned with basic furnitures. The bath room is basic as well, the quantidy of shower gel is very poor, they cheap on it, we had to claim it. They have a special system of heating and air conditioning, you can t turn it off it stays on 22 degrees, you have this air blowing on you all the night,we had cold. We claimed, and they said that it s always on 22 degrees summer and winter.
Spacious room and bathroom
in the city center perfect location - really calm at night despite the fact we had a room on the street side - very spacious bathroom with all needed accessories and bigsized, really soft towels. A recommendable hotel. I appreciated the available PC with internet access and the delicious fruit salad at breakfast.
The reception lady we asked about airport shuttle frequency unfortunately gave us a wrong information (note: on Sundays it's only twice an hour, and not every 10 or 15 minutes!) while otherwise they were very helpful. The mattresses of the bed are a little hard.
Cleanliness of room. Check in staff very friendly and helpful.
Wifi slow towards the end of the evening. Maybe two glasses and some moisturiser in the bathroom would be good.
Location is great. Lots of bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Still manages to be quiet because it is a block off of the major streets. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and modern. Mattress was on the firm side.
Our first room had a strong cigarette smell from the previous occupant (hotel is non-smoking). However, after we told the front desk they immediately apologized and arranged a new room.
Front desk staff helpfulness and attitude as well as location of hotel. Their WiFi was great which was really helpful to us.
Difficult to adjust to the noises in the street outside (like to keep window open) but that's part of staying in a city and something one can't control apart from having a good siesta!
This hotel is just off the Grand Via. Its very convenient to all of the key sites worth visiting, yet way from the busy traffic of the main thoroughfares. A gem of a find.
The 'menu of the day', while excellent quality and value, was the same for the duration of our stay.
The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. When the aircon wasn't working in our room the member of staff fixed it straight away. Would definitely recommend!
The Front Staff, especially Juan Carlos goes beyond the extra mile to accomodate you. Great location in Cheuca District. This was our 6th stay in this property
The location is great for walking to see all the beautiful buildings and park's. The staff both on the desk and housecleaners are very friendly and helpful. stay in hotel twice already and would definitely stay again if in Madrid.
Quick room cleans
Beds were uncomfortable.
- location: you can reach every major attraction very easily - staff: very friendly
- bed was a bit squeaky - room was very nice but we found it a bit too serious (cold)
good Location, Kind staff, comfortable bed. good connection point to Metros and busses.
The Rooms are noisy at night, people in the back street were screaming, you cannot sleep sometimes. Also they need to improve the level of cleanliness in the rooms, specially the floors. As a 4 Star Hotel it needs to give a better impression in terms of cleanliness.
The staff were charming, helpful and nothing was a bother including when one of our group needed a doctor. One was called and arrived 15 mins later, on a Saturday afternoon. The location just off Gran Via was terrific, as was the Yakitoro restaurant adjacent
Nothing really. The rooms were a little small but on the other hand quite common in Europe.
inexpensive good value for money clean
tiny rooms no common area to hang out
