The airconditioning did not work so it was warm and uncomfortable to sleep. We did raise it with the staff but were told that the aircon were switched fom warm to cold and it will take 48 hours to change. But the rest of the hotel felt comfortable.
Friendly staff,good service,value for money.
Big room and all you need as a guest, parking at reasonable prices, a bit outside but good to reach Alhambra and city centre
Car parking at the hotel park. Easy access to the center though the hotel is not at the center.
This hotel was an easy drive to visit the Alhambra, though a quick bus trip was an additional option. My husband and nine year old grandson also made use of the pool. On both evenings that we stayed at the hotel we took a bus trip (the bus stop is less than 30 meters from the front door) to the town centre. From here we enjoyed a walk through the lovely streets. Parking at the hotel was available and more importantly the spaces were "huge" - very much appreciated.
Extra pillows were not available on the first night of our stay.
Excellent location for visiting the Ahlambra. Very good parking if you have a car
Location - very close to Alhambra, 5 minutes straight road by car.
Advert in booking.com said Spa was £10, which it was not. Also we did not get a double bed, instead 2 separate beds. Room had a window which could not be opened and it was either too hot or too cold with the A/C on.
free parking in the streets around hotel, receptionist Abel give his full support, others were average especially receptionist with beard... All in all if you have car as we had it is very convenient...
Light bulb in the bathroom was a problem to fix!? Internet Wi-Fi very low... Hand douche tied in a chain!
It was a very cute hotel and nice location .
Free parking outside, cozy design, spacious room and bathroom, clean. Pool is big enough. Wi-fi worked quite good on the 5th floor. If you need something more luxurious than basic 3-stars, get the room here.
You have to get to the center by two buses (you can use only one and have a short walk). But the good thing is that buses go every 5 minutes. Staff was really annoying. We put DND card on the door, but they kept knocking for cleaning. After someone called us to ask if we need cleaning. Next day on the opposite we hanged Clean the room card, but room wasn't cleaned...
Comfy rooms and tasty breakfast!
Good airconditioning and garage facilities
Pubic hairs in the bath and lime-stains on the marble round the wash basin
modern, comfortable rooms
Beautiful hotel in a great location. 10 Mins bus ride from Granada. Lots of space in room and around hotel.
Does go into shade around pool around 4.00. We didn't find it a problem some may.
The parking is not free.
Helpful and friendly reception staff. Good value for this 4* hotel. Ideal location for visiting Granada. Secure private parking.
Good location with Alhambra just up the hill. Nice pool and gym. Away from busy town and underground parking. Very nice lobby and facitlities.
Breakfast buffet just OK, but they try hard. Room was a little grim and dated.
This is an excellent hotel – no complaints of any kind. Very helpful receptionist, 3 English tv channels, quiet. (Wifi in rooms is spotty but good in the lobby and in the first floor bar/lounge/pool). The issue of location: Once you adjust to this you’ll be fine. For going into the city, walk out of the hotel, turn left and walk 100 M. to the bus shelter and take bus #sn1, which runs about every 10 minutes. It costs 1.20 euros one way and you can pay the driver. Get off at Plaza del Humilladero, about 9 minutes. Then it’s a 10 – 15 minute walk along pleasant shopping and restaurant streets to the Cathedral district. On the way you’ll pass the big department store El Corte Ingles which has a great Supermarket on the lower level where you can buy takeout and prepared food on your way back to the hotel if you wish a quiet meal in your room. Your return bus does not leave from the same stop; cross the river just beyond where you got off and turn left and look for the bus shelter about 100 M. along. You’ll see sn1 on the shelter. Get off at the roundabout in front of the hotel. Easy! Re. Parking, I was lucky to find a spot on the little side street adjacent to the hotel. The hotel garage charges about 10 euros but you will have in and out privileges. For the Alhambra, the entire month was booked so I had the receptionist book me on a guided tour for 53 euros. (A basic ticket is 20 anyway, plus parking). The tour bus picks you up at the hotel; the tour is 3 ½ hours. Well worth it.
Wi- fi, breakfast, cafe bar
Distance from bus station, pool location, menu del DIA
It is a fine hotel, nothing special but nothing bad...
The beds, very Spanish so very hard!
Very beautiful, clean and modern. Spacious room. Wifi was good. Huge terrace (get a front facing room - room 211 for example) Little pool - often crowded but we'll maintained The restaurants and bar - however slightly overpriced. The gym was useful - three machines however. The location was okay. Bus stop outside but nothing to do in the area. Alhambra was €6 taxi ride away.
Breakfast - too greasy. Not really fresh. Very standard. Quite small too and from my observations, not very accessible for wheelchair users/babies etc. A slight mix up with the dates but that was easily rectified. Location - nothing to do unless you got the bus to the town. There should have been some kind of entertainment in the hotel. It's beautiful and spacious enough.
Thanks particularly for the comprehensivness and the kindness of the staff and the manager for having not charged my first forecasted night, following from the ddeath of my beloved brother
- uncertainty about the efficiency of the parking ticket ; - weakness of the wifi.
