Hotellets fräscha inredning. Luftiga och svala rum (vi hade dessutom terass vilket gav rummet mycket "luft").Trevligt bemötande. Frukost (Euro 9) mycket prisvärd. Lugna miljöer och tyst (!) musik i korridorer och hissar. Ett hotell som är utomordentligt för den som kommer i bil. Euro 12/dygn i säkert garage.Mycket bra kommunikationer med buss till Granada centrum. Ca. 10 minuter och Euro 1.20. Nej, men ett tips till hotellet är att man sätter upp någon form av solskydd på rumsterasserna. |

Hotel design, spaciousness, facilities, location, size of room, bathroom, bed quality, furniture, interior design. The Arabian baths loooked very good but we did not have time to use them. We woiuld have liked tea making facilities in the room. |

Reception staff on arrival exceptionally helpful. Room fully deserved 4 stars and room service breakfast was always on time and hot. Location was reasonably close to the Alhambra but not convenient for city centre and a long way from bus and train stations. |

fancy new hotel, good location 5 minutes out of town, easy drive to downtown good spa facilities, housekeeping seem to do a great job our room was spotless, we loved the chicken sandwich in the coffee shop (la cefeteria) although friendly, front desk staff did not prove useful (our AC didn't heat up and we weren't given any solution). at check out we weren't asked for any feedback regarding our stay, all in all we didn't get 4 star customer service at all. dining room staff and service are not up to the task either! food is overpriced |

the ambience of teh hoteol was good...the palace was just 10 mins away and buses were available closeto the hotel...overall we had a good time there... food...very bad menu |

It offered very good value for money! I was pleasantly surprised seeing how good the hotel was - having stayed in a noisy run down hostel in Madrid the days previous (paying to much money) to coming to this hotel it was like heaven. The routines for their carpark was not very clear but I think that was due to a missunderstanding. |

The location: easy walking to La Alhambra [or on bus route] and easy access to the hotel by car [adjacent to major road network] The complete lack of any view from the room window, just straight at the back of a block of flats - we kept the curtains shut permanently! |

Nice, modern and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Broad choice of breakfast. Excellent to reach by car: hotel is located right next to the exit of the highway. Enough free parking places in the streets. Bus stop to the city center next to the hotel. Free internet. |
