Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast varied
Swimming pool too small
Perfectly located closed to town centre, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant, highly professional and extremely pleasant staff, family friendly and excellent value for money, I will most certainly return when on my next visit. I recommend it highly.
Not dislikes - more like suggestions: A kettle/coffee/tea tray in the room for late-night tea or early moning coffee when bar/kitchen is closed. Also, at least one, preferably two, electricity plugs next to the desk/worktop so that I didn't have to ask for an extension cord for my laptop and cellphone/kindle charger!
The staff is superb, friendly, helpfull, i would advise friends and family to use this hotel.
The old city is 15 minutes walking distance, close to central area. The hotel itself is nice and clean.
The carpets are worn our and the walls are very thin. The housekeeping staff was very loud in the mornings.
Rooms were clumsy, a little far to the main attractions of the city. A very narrow street infront of the hotel you should mind yourself
- The location is good , close to the old part of the city - Spacious rooms, clean and well serviced - Excellent staff, very helpful
- Cost - too expensive especially as swimming pool closed - Why? Also cost of parking - No swimming pool but booked as a service provided
Very comfortable well equipped rooms. Excellent price. Free secure parking.
The hotel is located very close to the columns and very close to bars and restaurants. Is great for Cordoba! The best asset of this hotel is the staff (kind, helpfull and really customer oriented). Special thanks to Ms. Olga! She is fantastic!
The swimming pool is a joke! (small, half empty and water not clean). For a longer stay, this area would have been crucial.
Excellent central location, lot's of parking space below the hotel, free wifi & small pool.
Hotel was in an ideal location. Standard of hotel was very high, comfortable rooms, very clean, and pool facilities were excellent. Staff were very helpful especially Rafael .
Well it's a very basic 4 stars. It's in fact more a decent 3 stars.
Receptionist day time not very friendly ( the woman not the man ). Breakfast poor, room smell.
Good location and helpful staff
Room was rather dark and pool although lovely was in the shade for most of the afternoon. Not a lot you can do about that but disappointing. Maybe only because it was October!
Were lucky enough to get room with large balcony overlooking pool at great price.
Everything was as it should be to meet expectations, including friendly helpful staff who knew the answers to questions in English. Favorite aspect was being able to open the windows to a view of stars in a clear evening sky and the early morning peace filled sunrise.
The long bolster pillows were too hard for comfort. The hotel is meant to be non-smoking, but the neighboring room guest insisted upon smoking from his open window. Sadly, the angle was such that his stinking smoke blew directly into our room. We had to leap up several times to close our window until he was done and air cleared!
Comfort, cleanliness, friendliness And helpful staff.
Bar closing at 2300. No menu For room service.
Helpful people in reception, very good recomendations for dining, we were surprised with fruit in our rroom to celebrate my husband's b-day... Which was really sweet!! quite nice room, great parking, underneath hotel, great location!
The Mosque and Jewish quarter is just an easy 15 minute stroll. Good bathrooms with high end toiletries. Buffet breakfast was excellent with all tastes catered for. There's even a (limited) hot section.
Very dirty carpet in bedroom. (Can't think why you would need carpet in a hotel in Cordoba!) Hotel bar closes at 11pm on a Saturday night for goodness sake! Very expensive but necessary underground parking. Actually didn't mind paying though for peace of mind.
The hotel itself isn't in a particularly charming area but it's close enough. The room was dated but comfortable. The shower had amazing pressure but was a bit moldy. The breakfast was great though. Making it an even better value.
Once you know how the streets of the city flows, you'll realize that you are on a top location in the center of the city. including som necessary coolness from the swimmingpool
Very clean excellent breakfast very close to city centre and taxi rank. Would book again Thank you for a enjoyable stay
It's difficult to find spacious hotels in old towns of Spain. This hotel is one of them. The rooms, the lobby are all sufficiently large. The lication is also good,
From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant with a free flamenco show. She booked us a table, arranged a taxi and even spoke to the waiter to ensure they could cater with my garlic allergy! The rooms were excellent. In fact we couldn't fault anything! Value for money was also excellent!
Swimming pool. Good breakfast
hard beds, poor quality carpet
A long and awkward walk to our rooms
The staff were most helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was a pleasant stay but a brisk walk from the tourist attractions. On site parking was a definite plus.
