Great location and the staff were able to get me Alhambra tickets last minute. The room is very, very small but comfortable for one person.

I understood that breakfast was included and it was not. I think it should be. The sheets were not changed in 3 days.

The location on Gran Via, close to city hall, as well as shopping and eating areas of Granada.

The personnel did not warn us of the Semana Santa procession at the church nearby and the blocking of the street due to this. So we got stuck doing nothing for 2 hours because we could not get through the crowd gathered in front of the church with the car.

    Location couldn't be better!

Small room but for the price not complaining! The only complaint is that they charge you 2.50 euros to use the safe.

Very well located right on the Gran Via and 7 Euro taxi ride from the train station.Good stepping board for all the sightseeing in Granada.Bus stops for most of the important places are near the hotel. For the price you pay you can't expect anything better.

The rooms were very clean and looked great. The front desk was extremely helpful and even brought out suitcases up to our room for us. Great experience.

Our room was facing the main street so it got a little loud at night.

Stylish, clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good beds, rooms were comfortable.

Reading light was not working and they could not fix it at the time. They tried to give me a lamp so I could read but the extension cord was not long enough.

Excellent location, underground carpark, great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

Room was painted a dirty shade of yellow, with two really awful pictures as decoration, lighting was very poor and whoever designed the bedhead had never tried to sit on the bed! Think they need to change interior designers.

    Clean, comfortable, affordable, good location.

Rooms 202,203 and 204 face the Grand Via and although the windows are thick, heavy dual pane, still very noisy. Breakfast is very overpriced.

Location, location, location. It is few minutes from Cathedral and all shops and restaurants. It was clean. They have their own underground parking, although quiet expensive, but convenient if you need to fetch things from you car or put things away.

The hotel is very basic. The decor was dated. The room was small and very dimly lit. The TV was old style and not a single English channel on it. The walls were thin and could hear some street noise, although the room was not facing the street. So best to request for a room as far away from main street as possible. One of the hotel staff parked our car for us as they said parking was very tight. When they returned the key to me, the fob (which had the car registration number on it) was missing. I didn't realise it at the time and when my husband noticed it the next day, we went to check with the hotel reception. There was different staff on duty that day and they spoke very little English and after trying to explain to them to look for our missing fob, we just gave up as they said they don't have it. We are hoping now that the car rental people don't charge us for the missing fob. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as they only served cold breakfast and we didn't think it was good value for money when there was so many cafes around.
