Staff Room Building Location
Nothing, everything just perfect!!
The room, the terrace, the staff are fantastic.
WiFi didn't work on android device
The old part of the building is beautiful, the location is excellent and the rooms have nearly everything you need.
Breakfast very average, suggest go to local bar instead, some parts of the hotel we given over to student lectures. No safe in the room.
A lovely hotel which blended the old (the original architecture of the building) and the new (the rooms were very modern) and our room was very bright and airy.
Nothing apart from one small thing. We found the bath to be slippery when having a shower so it would have been helpful to have something in the bath to make it less slippery i.e. bathmat or some sort of texture in the bottom of the bath.
No Bar, Poor English from some reception staff. Poor Buffet breakfast.
Location very helpful staff and very comfortable rooms
Perfect, clean room and english speaking staff.
Wifi didn't work on the third floor, but it was great to use internet around the garden.
No free wi-fi
Beautiful old building and a lively city.
As it is in the old town couldn't drive to the hotel and parking was expensive.
excellent location Old world charm of a monastery converted to a hotel with the school next door Helpful staff
Bathroom too small Not enough space for hanging clothes-no wardrobe with drawers
This place presents itself on internet as being in a monastery, which technically I guess is correct, but, aside from some hallways, the breakfast room, it's so over renovated, that all rooms look like the rooms in standard hotels. Nothing of the charm is left, it's purely functional rooms. That's fine If they present themselves like that, but I feel for what's offered it's heavily overcharging.
very good location-15 min walking to the center.easy to find parking at the streets close to the hotel.very clean.
the staff wasn't very helpful. you'ld ask for a room that won't be from the side of the school, so that the students won't disturb you.
Close to centre. 10 minutes to walk.
Wifi signal very very low and slow and because if that very slow Internet or/and not working.
Very clean and comfortable. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very handy for restaurants and the sights. Wifi excellent - I mention this as some hotels we've been to which advertise wifi have unreliable signals.
Our room was quite a long walk from the reception.
Beautiful building, very Granada!
WiFi was dodgy
The staff were very friendly and professional, the hotel was very clean and the location was good
location ideal for one night, but very basic, and clean
no restaurant no bar, cafeteria has been turned into second hand shop LIMITED BREAKFAST
Beautiful and unpretentious. We really like it.
When we informed catering staff that we had to cancel one of the breakfasts we should have been informed that we needed to let reception know as well. One extra chair in the bedroom will be good as the room was for two people.
Good location, with parking nearby.
Breakfast was made up of cheap ingredients : no real coffee, no fresh orange juice,
It is a beautiful convent in a very nice location. Rooms are fully renovated.
Price did not include breakfast - we went to an excellent cafeteria two blocks away that offered great food for half the price.
Everything from the welcome at the door, to the comfort of the room. We are regular clients and would always recommend it.
Very friendly and helpful staff!
Extremely noisy at night from slashing doors, by passing guests, people partying in the floors' halls, etc. - may be ok for young people, but if need a good sleep to recover after a day's work, this is not the place.
The ambience and building are spectacular.
Not enough electric outlets by the head of the bed.
I stayed for two nights and Its a nice and clean hotel. Its in a 16th century building but room are very modern. Parking is not available in the hotel but there is a car park just a stone throw away which has a deal with the hotel. If you are driving then driving to alhambra is very easy from here. I didn't book with breakfast but there is a cafe on the corner of the road and other restaurants and shops are not far either.
Main building looks very attractive but the modern addition does not go very well. If you are interested in the architecture then you will be disappointed to see the new addition to the hotel where the rooms are.
