Quality bed Local parking Great location
Being attached to a primary school so can hear kids ruining around at 8 am Room allocation policy - even with empty hotel still got next door to other noisy guests in the school zone
I had a great time in there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is totally worth to stay.
Excellent location, good price through Booking.com Staff very kind.
Poor sound isolation between rooms. Very early rooster near the courtyard. Breakfast not very tasty but diverse.
Lovely rooms, sympathetically converted Monastery.
Pillows on the bed were not very comfortable
No ice in the entire hotel, hot water stopped working, no safe in the room more basic than basic
Lack of basic amenities
The rooms and comfort were good. Nice location, very handy!
The food and service in restaurant were some of the worst I have come across! Menu not as advertised. Hotel not child friendly. Restaurant closed when should have been opened and under-staffed. No social areas for a drink or cup of tea.
Super location, within walking distance of all that matters in Granada! Lovely room, friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble!
located in the middle of the city, close to many things. lovely staff and rooms.
Macia Monasterio was something different, a converted Monastry it had a wonderful atmosphere and the rooms were comfortable and modern, with a nice balcony, the location was good and it was a great introduction to Grananda
No tea and coffee facilities
It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. We loved the ambiance.
The wifi did'nt work in the room. We had to go in the hall.
A horrible hotel. My single room was like a prison cell, small, dark and charmless. The staff were not friendly and the check out clerk was rude. The experience spoiled my stay in granada. Its the worst hotel I have stayed in in spain but not the cheapest.
Not find it good hotel at his price.
Beside school and noice at the morning wake u up
Check-in was smooth with lots of tips from the staff who gave us a map and showed us hotel location. Parking a few meters to the back of the hotel is free and the bus stops right in front of hotel.Shops/restaurants for 200m away..
Public parking Euro15 p/d, no fridge, no kettle,no safe, room could have been cleaner - pedestal still dusty.
Staff Room Building Location
Nothing, everything just perfect!!
The room, the terrace, the staff are fantastic.
WiFi didn't work on android device
The old part of the building is beautiful, the location is excellent and the rooms have nearly everything you need.
Breakfast very average, suggest go to local bar instead, some parts of the hotel we given over to student lectures. No safe in the room.
A lovely hotel which blended the old (the original architecture of the building) and the new (the rooms were very modern) and our room was very bright and airy.
Nothing apart from one small thing. We found the bath to be slippery when having a shower so it would have been helpful to have something in the bath to make it less slippery i.e. bathmat or some sort of texture in the bottom of the bath.
No Bar, Poor English from some reception staff. Poor Buffet breakfast.
Location very helpful staff and very comfortable rooms
Perfect, clean room and english speaking staff.
Wifi didn't work on the third floor, but it was great to use internet around the garden.
No free wi-fi
Beautiful old building and a lively city.
As it is in the old town couldn't drive to the hotel and parking was expensive.
excellent location Old world charm of a monastery converted to a hotel with the school next door Helpful staff
Bathroom too small Not enough space for hanging clothes-no wardrobe with drawers
This place presents itself on internet as being in a monastery, which technically I guess is correct, but, aside from some hallways, the breakfast room, it's so over renovated, that all rooms look like the rooms in standard hotels. Nothing of the charm is left, it's purely functional rooms. That's fine If they present themselves like that, but I feel for what's offered it's heavily overcharging.
