Hotel Madeira Centro    

Location was great. Rooms were clean and sufficiently equipped.

Unfortunately my stay was tainted by very bad weather which meant I stayed in for 2 nights. A few more choices of Channels on tv to help this situation. Tea&coffee tray would be nice, especially as some of the other hotels provide them. Not much choice at breakfast however the fresh OJ was very welcomed.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Staff were friendly. I liked the variety of food available at meal times. Close to old town which is a really good location. Maid service everyday.

We looked at the restaurtant in 20 floor at it was closed , but not on internett. And if you reserve and hotell and if you dont like it its not possible to cansel just after 10 min you have reserved on booking .com.

Spacious dining room, with good lengthy mealtimes.Lovely hotel will come again.

Unable to have a snack at the bar area at lunch time. Upper bar didnt open untill 6 30pm. So if you wanted a snack at lunch time you had to leave the hotel.

The location of the hotel in the middle of the city and close to the beache. The breakfast was very good. There was everything you can ask fore. The view was nice and rooms big enough.

Bathrooms very well equipped. Excellent salads for the evening meal.

Bedrooms a little on small side. For a two week stay the food was too repeative

ideally situated in centre of benidorm . easy access to shopping , restaurants and visits to old part of benidorm.

Close to the beach and shopping areas. twin rooms smaller than the doubles. Doubles seemed to have two double beds but no sea view. Twins had a good view but ask for a high floor rom Breakfasts ok,bit silly with the Orange juice as everyone are virtually giving them away If you don't go to the Benidorm POalace show you are missing a treat

Sloppy service from housekeeping expensive car parking

Good location would probally go back.

15 euro's for car parking per night is too expensive.

Good breakfast buffet and secure parking but at €15 a day extra we wouldn't want to stay too long! Convenient location for Old Town and sea front.

the hotel was really clean and friendly staff. We asked for a high floor room and with the sun in the afternoons, we got both. We were on the 19th floor with spectacular views overlooking the old town, parts of Benidorm, the sea and Alicante and beyond in the distance. We had the low autumn sun on the balcony in the afternoons and watched the sun set every evening. Nice big room with 2 very large singles or small doubles.The restaurant was good with plenty of choice for dinner and breakfast. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the old town and the beach and several bus stops nearby. We drove to the hotel and found it pretty easily with a spotless secure underground car park. We would certainly use this hotel again.

We liked the rooftop terrace with fantastic views all over Benidorm and the sea but it didn't open until 18.00 hours, it would have been nice if it could have opened earlier in the afternoon especially this time of year (end of Oct). The pool isn't very big but this time of year was sufficient and nice and peaceful area to sunbathe.

Staff were excellant throughout - and the food especially the friday evening was good.

TV and entertainment (free show) was pretty useless.

excellent location just at the edge of old town with excellent views from the top floor. very clean and one of the best bathrooms i think i have ever had.

the breakfast wasnt up to much. not enough fresh fruit or any diced fruit. the fresh orange was made with unripe oranges making it taste very sour. no milk for tea unless you had hot milk or took it from the cerial section on the other side of the room which can be difficult to get round as so many people in the way no real cueing system. Also i think i may have left something behind and have e-mailed the hotel asking them to check or if handed in (as phone number listed not working) in english then again the following day in spainish and have still not heard anything back very slow. this hotel is brilliant as a base point but clearly aimed at the over 60's so if you like to just hang out at the hotel in the evenings this is not the hotel for you but if you want to be able to go out and explore without the need for taxis its great.
