Rooms were very average, very noisy location and very low quality food

The tv us small and not good quality to wach nooo wiraeless !!!!!! the need to contect all the room in wiraeless bec we in 2012 :)

We reserved a non smoking on the first night but we got a smoking room and although we could change the room the next day we were not happy with it.

Location is perfect in the center. Metro is just few meters Lots of restaurents and coffee shops are beside Price is ok

TV is very old Dust in the ventilation The room was very hot due to non availabilty of AC in winter. So we tried to make the window open which caused the room to be very cold. The allowd check in time was very late

I liked the room, the lobby Everything was just nice, I put it on the facebook already to show my fam. And friends and told them how pritty this hotel is. Thanks for the service we will be back soon

The Location of the hotel is really perfect, since it is located on Gran Via Street, you will find many restaurants, cafe, stores, markets and many different interested things at this place. The hotel is well desinge and the decotation of the reception and the rooms are really nice.. The staff are really helpful and polite, as well as the room service and the bar.

- The rooms are really small, and when I say small I mean they are really small!! Although we booked the superiour room. - the bathroom is average, I hated when I take shawer at the bathtub, the water flods all around the area.. as well as the sink, even when you wash your hand the water runs on the floor. Once i saw a small insect down the sink. - the mini bar should contain at least a water boiler with tea bags and coffee, they told us that if we needed a hot water we should order it from the bar down there. actually we ar traveling with a 9 months baby, and we needed hot water for making his milk.. so having a boiler inside the room will be helpful..

No free wifi! Decor very dark and oppressive.

Location is hard to beat. In centre of Madrid near to metro station.

Overpriced. Decor very cheap and poorly finished. Hotel tries to be art- deco but fails miserably.
