The hotel was very clean and well furnished. I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I also found the location very convenient as it was only 10 minutes by bus from the airport. Not relevant

Extrema simpatia dos funcionários do Hotel sempre prestáveis,conforto do Hotel bem como dos quartos,bom pequeno almoço. Zona muito calma e sossegada mas perto do Metro(a 5 min). Excelente relação qualidade-preço. Recomendo Mesmo nada a apontar.

Quedarse en este hotel es como si visitaras a unos amigos en un chalet de una zona residencial tranquila en Madrid. De hecho está rodeado de chalets. Se puede aparcar fácil pero por 8 euros que cuesta dejarlo dentro merece la pena. La relación calidad-precio es insuperable, poco más de 50 euros la noche+desayuno. El hotel es acogedor por su decoración y muy muy tranquilo por la noche. La cama y las almohadas de lo mejor. La TV está bien. El baño muy moderno y limpio, como el resto de la habitación. Tiene una boca de metro (Canillejas) a 5 minutos andando. En 20 minutos estás en Sol. Después de mucho viajar pienso que es mejor un buen hotel lejos del centro, tranquilo, barato y eso sí, con excelente comunicación, que cualquier otra cosa en pleno centro. 100% recomendable. El minibar no estaba lo limpio que debería y no hay ascensor (solo hay 2 plantas). Además, el desayuno es escaso, tipo continental. Algo insignificante en comparación con lo positivo del hotel.

Gostei de tudo. Cheguei cedo no aeroporto e o translado foi nos buscar, chegamos antes do horário do check in do hotel e já fomos colocados em um quarto.

Cerca del Palacio de Ferias. Limpio. Personal muy atento. Acogedor al ser enfocado como un hotel business. La cocina pésima. Desayuno normal turnando a ex caso. Cenamos una noche y muy mal la cena. Tienen que cambiar el cocinero.

El confort y calidad de la habitación, la tranquilidad de la zona y poder descansar, el trato del personal, la cercania a la estación del metro El salón para el desayuno es pequeño en comparación con otros hoteles y la comida están constantemente reponiendo, por lo que tienes que estar atento en buscarla rapido para que no se vuelva a agotar

Lo mejor del hotel era la cama y el cuarto de baño, muy moderno. El desayuno no es ninguna maravilla pero no está mal. La habitación olia bastante a cerrado. El comedor es pequeño y la localizacion, en un área residencial donde todas las calles son iguales y donde no pone el nombre de las calles.

Petit i acollidor hotel amb personal amable a recepció.Habitacions confortables, no massa grans.Esmorçar repetitiu però aceptable, tot i que vaig trobar a faltar una mica més de bolleria.Allunyat del centre de Madrid però amb estació de metro a 10 minuts.Bona relació calitat preu. A la nostra habitació vaig trobar a faltar una banqueta per poder deixar la maleta, la vaig haber de deixar tots els dies a terra, si que hi habia tres cadires innecesaries.

Es un hotel coqueto, cómodo, con un buen servicio. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila. Buena accesibilidad. Se puede aparcar en el exterior. Se ha producido algún robo en los coches aparcados en el exterior... Quizás por ello las casas parezcan un búnquer. En fin.
