Very little space in the bathroom to put cosmetics. Not enough towels. Also too little space for clothes and shoes. No possibility to use a large veranda on the 2nd floor. In our room on the 4th floor was just a little balcony.

I can definitely recommend Hotel Madrid. It is close to the beach and close to the city centre and promenade. I was offered a big double room with balcony as a solo traveller. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast buffet was good and offers something for every taste. The staff and everybody at the reception was extremly friendly and helpful.

The pool is approx. 100 metres away at a different appartment building and you need to ask for the key at the reception. I only used it once. Most of the balconies are facing the street which can be a bit loud from the traffic.

I can't fault this hotel at all. It is friendly, good value for money, central, quiet at night time and very clean. Rooms are attended to daily. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has something to suit every taste.

The swimming pool is a little distance away and you need a key to get to gain access.

I have stayed here before--many times. always a pleasant welcoming reception.

The location of the hotel was convenient for visiting friend

I had booked for four nights, when I arrived and looked at the room I asked to change room, but wa s told nothing better available, after dreadful night told reception if a better room wasn´t made available I would checkout and cancel the rest of my stay, three nights, I was moved to a better room.

For the price we paid we were very happy with the hotel and our allocated room. We had a choice of lift or stairs to get to our room on the second floor. Large enough double room with a separate 'living room' containing table (with some complementary sweets) & chairs, armchair, TV, waste paper bin and additional wardrobe space. Room very clean and tidy. Extra blanket in bedroom wardrobe, plenty of seating and cupboard space, front-facing windows with balcony and blinds/curtains. The bedroom had plenty of lighting, a TV, mirror and comfortable double bed. Free wifi, good choice of food at breakfast and pleasant welcome. Very central location and near to shops, restaurants and marina.

Room was very cold at night as the heating didn't work (except bathroom heater), main light in 'living room' didn't work and not enough coathangers. Apart from that, I am happy as we got good value for money.

The breakfast was great and the location was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly.

My only complaint was about the room refrigarator used to chill items which did not work well. What bothered me most was despite three complaints and being told a technican would look at it, no one did. Also,when I paid the machine would not take my credit card, although I later used it at a store.

No frills, great location, friendly staff. You get what you pay for - and a bit more:)

The location was good, near the town, beach & marina. A little old fashioned with only b&B.

The television provided 35 spanish speaking stations, but nothing in any other language, despite them proclaiming sattelite tv. The swimming pool is 50mtrs from the hotel but is in a quiet courtyard, overlooked by other apartment buildings and loungers were not cleaned, possibly since the end of last season.

Rent och välstädat, mycket trevlig personal. Centralt läge.

Pieni ystavallinen h-kunta ja aamupala ihan hyva, vaikkikin olisin toivonut suolaisella puolella enemman vaihtoehtona. Makeata kylla oli liikaakin nain aamutuimaan.

WIFI-yhteys ei pelannut. Televisioon ei tullut kuvaa, mutta aani kuului.

Très bon accueil. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner plus que correcte. Chambre très propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A conseiller pour court séjour.
