Perfect location for us, although some could find it a bit far away from the city centre. We stay regularly, and it's usually quiet. Lifts are slow. Dreadful mattress protectors on bed which rustle every time you turn over. |

The staff was very helpful. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioned, quiet. The hotel is situated at 6-7 min walk from the Retiro Park - the most important thing to visit in Madrid (on equal footing with the Prado). Good price for the quality. Staff spoke pretty good English (especially Miss Nieve). |

It is a real modern hotel. It should be perfect when it is located more to the centre. If than the price should be the same. Than it is a perfect hotel. Recommended to everyone The only thing is that it is about 25 min with metro to the city-centre. In the area where the hotel is located is not much to do |

The location of the hotel was excellent. I wanted a hotel that was quiet and not in the center of tourism, but whose proximity to the metro and bus lines made it possible to get anywhere in the city. This Hotel fit this perfectly. The personnel was friendly and willing to help out and answer any questions. |

This was a very nice, modern hotel. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. Good value for the money. The location is quite poor if you are visiting to see the sights or try local cuisine. The metro stop is close, but it's not really convenient to take the metro everywhere. Also, the hotel is in a residential/business area with almost no shops or restaurants. The only outside restaurant recommended by the hotel staff (Cruz Blanco) was terrible. |

Asides from my negative experience the first night, everything is ok in this hotel. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, good price/quality relationship. Wireless internet is free and works great. Stay away from the 10th floor! The first night I was given room 1008 and it was like being in an engine room. Apparently the air conditioning motors were on top of the room. Staff said they were fully booked and could not change me. I didn't manage to sleep all night. They should have given me another room or at least the night for free, but didn'T. Didn't ask me about it either. But they did move me to another room the day after without any issue. |

Close and convenient to downtown and subway. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel front desk staff able to speak English which was helpful. We had a problem with the air conditioning which was not resolved by staff, but overall we enjoyed our stay. We found the room noisy as we had to have our windows open due to the problem with the air conditioning. |
