The staff were friendly and obliging and the location excellent for our first visit to Madrid to explore the city and visit the museums, galleries, parks and shops. I would have liked an option when booking not to have breakfast in the hotel. There are many more interesting options for breakfast in the area.

This hotel is located really in the middle of the city, so for the prado museum, Plaza mayor and the other touristic attractions are just a few minutes by walk. It was really great.

Comfortable bed and a very clean and good sized room. Also the location was fantastic, we did a lot during our weekend and were able to walk everywhere merely using the metro for the airport transfer.

The rooms are quite spacious and well furnished. The hotel is very close to an underground station. The breakfast buffet was not that good, the coffee was terrible and the room itself is very small. The hotel is located in a small street full of bars were people get drunk and make noise during the whole night. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to get a room in the back.

- Perfect location - a minute walk from Puerta del Sol / metro. - A lot of bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood - Friendly staff, helpful; booked some events for us - A little bit noisy on the weekends, even on the 4th floor where we've stayed, but with windows closed that was barely noticable - My pregnant wifey says the beds were too soft ;)

The hotel is situated next to the metro station Sol and the Plaza del Sol, so you are directly in Madrid. That´s fantastic! The breakfast was very dissappointing, because zhey only had some bread and some cornflakes. All in all there was not enough variety in the breakfast and I think that the prizes are too high, you only pay for the location/position of the hotel.

We love Victria 4. Great location one block from plaza of Del Sol and Metro ST. Shopping, Foods anything found easy at neighbore. Reasonable price, Room is cleaness, Silent in room. Staff is helpful. We really return to Victria 4 when revisit Madrid.

Great location. Within walking distance of all sights, good restaurants, etc. Difficult to find by car even with sat-nav - frustrating after a long drive. Absence of on site parking. Nearest public parking (St Ana) is quite close and within easy walking distance - but very expensive and you pay full daily rate for part of a day. Web site should make this clear.

We rested satisfied with the hotel and the staff - very helpful and friendly. The location is great. A man could feel the heartbeat of Madrid's life - day and night. It fills with energy and vitality. We highly recommend Victoria 4!

“Nice small hotel in the middle of everything in downtown Madrid! From there you can get almost everywhere using the Metro or you can relax in the nearby Placa Mayor or Placa de Santa Anna. We got the junior suite on the 5th floor, which proved very useful and spacious. The hotel staff were nice, the rooms and common areas were clean, the breakfast was nice and overall we had a quiet and comfortable stay in Madrid.
