The hotel was very good, well decorated and with friendly staff. The rooms were very good and clean. It is definitely a good choice to visit Madrid, very close to Puerta del Sol. The downside of the hotel is parking which costs ~25€ per day. Driving to the hotel door to leave baggage may also be difficult. |

Was very pleased with the location... Close to shops and major sites/attractions. Very easy to walk to things and lots of places to eat near by. Breakfast was reasonable. Wi fi not available in rooms and connection in lobby was poor. Suggest any one wanting wi fi here use local cafes. |

Picked this hotel because of location. Right down in the middle of Madrid. Perfect for cruising around the city as the Red Bus tours right past Playa del Sol and this hotel is just up the alley. |

Perfect location right in the heart of Central Madrid, the hotel is just a stones throw away from the shops and squares. Staff were helpful when required and breakfast was better than expected. The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and it was a proper triple room as opposed to a twin or double with a z-bed squished in somewhere. The restaurant below the hotel is good for Paella but that's about all from our experience, go to the Tapas place across the street Alhambra/El Buscón as the food is lovely and not overly expensive. All in all we had a lovely stay and were very happy with the price for such a nice hotel. Just a small thing but the only 2 mirrors in the room had the most horrendous lighting around them which made getting ready to go out a bit tricky, but as I said - a small thing. |

The hotel has an exceelent location, is clean and well decorated. The staff were very very helpful, and there is free internet access in the room. Despite being in a very lively part of the city the double glazed windows ensure taht the room is quiet, while the effective air conditioning ensures that the room is kept cool in hot weather. This hotel is exceelnt value for money and I would stay there again. |

Friendly staff. Ideally located. Within walking distance of the Prado, the main reason why we visited Madrid. Also numerous excellent restaurants and tavernas in the vicinity. Highly recommended! |

The hotel is clean, very roomy. I like the bathroom sink - a combination of wood and stainless steel. Very modern design. The reception was very helpful. Internet connection is free. The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to shopping, train and metro stations. There is no tea and coffee maker in the room.Entrance to the hotel is restricted to taxis and busses only. My friend wanted to drop me off in front of the hotel, but the entrance for private cars is too far, so I had to carry my luggages to the hotel. |

The location is excelent, just in the center of Madrid. Near Sol that has the Km 0. The street is plenty of people at night and they are having fun in the bars. So they make lot of noise and in the tight street, can be difficult to sleep. So this hotel is good for going out at nights and coming back late as well!!. Also you can find strange people in the streets at night, Madrid is big and is the center.. |

The hotel location is ideal for local transport (Tube & Tour Bus) with shopping (Corte's Department Store) less than 400 metres away. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with local (Tapas) and international food and the Victoria 4 Breakfast will set you up for the day. As a bonus there is a very friendly "Irish Bar" opposite the hotel enterance. Will I stay there again "You Bet" 5***** treatment by all the staff. I have about 80 to 100 hotel bed nights a year in UK and Europe and I cannot think of anything that I could complain about |

Very good access to the city center and very reasonable price. Air-conditioner didn't work well, which was a little bit trouble for us because the outside was very noisy... |

Very central location, lots of bars and tapas bars nearby, good breakfast, nice bathroom. Very hot in room, air conditioning did not seem to make any difference to temperature, very noisy cleaning staff in room opposite at 6.20 am and 8.20 am., even though we had asked for a quiet room. |

Staff were very pleasant, breakfast was good and rooms very clean. All museums were within walking distance. Very noisey all the time, the bar accross the road seems to open very late and restocks every morning with kegs making a lot of noise. |
