II Castillas Madrid

Vi fick god hjälp i receptionen när vi inte visste om vårt plan skulle kunna lyfta från Madrid när vi skulle checka ut. Bra läge på hotellet och det var prisvärt.

Läget, mycket centralt och bra! Rent och välstädat.

The location, the hotel staff and the price were excellent. The rooms, bathrooms and hotel have recently been remodeled. The breakfast buffet was ok, not outstanding.

Excellent location and very relaxed and comfortable place to stay. Staff very helpful on few occassions I needed something. Great place to be located to see Madrid.

Very good location, moderate sized and attractive rooms, we were surprised at how good this hotel was for its price. The breakfast was abundant and of high quality, and the internet connection was superb. We would certainly come here again, and recommend it to other people.

I don't generally pay much attention to television, although I did notice that the range of international (and/or english speaking) channels was minimal. All of the channels represented Spanish based stations. A minor quible also related to the reception, where the staff could have been more friendly.

Very good overall, location, rooms, stuff, except from the Wifi which did not work all the time. If it is a must for you you could reconsider.

Problems with the Wifi, they made some effort to have them fixed but they returned, everything else was very satisfoctory.

Hotel is good, great location and had all we needed. We would go back there.

Breakfast was good but the coffee was terrible. They sould give an option to get coffee from the hotel restaurant, which has a good coffee machine. I went to fetch my own coffee before entering the breakfast room.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel itself was comfortable. The beds were sufficient, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. We would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

The room: handsome design, clean, great bed, nice view, quiet, nice bathroom, pleasant lobby, great price. Breakfast was included, with a nice selection. Folks at reception helpful.

Hotel facilities are very good and at the same time the price is completely reasonable. The hotel has good access to metro station and Sol square

The service was excellent. Front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping staff, were all professional, helpful, happy and friendly. The location was very central, ideal for a city getaway. Our rooms on the 6th floor were perfect ---- quiet, very clean, good-sized with fairly large balconies, and had all the amenities one might need for a city trip. The breakfast was good, plentiful, with had a varied selection of food options.

Only that the thermostat of the air conditioning was fixed and could not be adjusted to cool the room down faster; the vents were few and also could not be adjusted. As the outside temperature was quite hot, it took a while to cool down the room.
