m´ha agradat perque es centric, 4 minuts de la porta del sol, es confortablei no es car. la nit que pernoctarem aqui feia un fret que pelava, vam passar una miqueta de fret. |

Our room was lovely and very quiet considering the hotels location. very good bathroom. very pleasant public areas and bars. Altogether a very happy stay. One more chair in the room would be an advantage |

It more beautifull than on the pictures I saw on internet. It's furnished in a very classy way what makes your stay even more pleasant, it's clean , the staff is very helpfull and friendly..and last but not least within 10 min you're at puerta del sol or gran via .. In 1 word excellent... |

Very good hotel, located less than 5 min of walk from Sol metro station, right in the center of Madrid. My room was big, clean, with luxury bathroom. Great value for money. |

Perfect location right off of the Peurta del Sol, but you need really good directions to find it because it is tucked away on a back street. The walls are thin so you can really hear the doors slamming and people going by in the hallway. If you are in any of the rooms ending in 08 you can expect to be woken up several times throughout the night and early in the morning as the staff go in and out and up and down the service stairs which are right outside your window. |

Hotel is close to pedestrian area and metro station SOL. Central but calm situation. Only 5 minutes walk to Plaza Major. Good breakfast in hotel and possibility to buy stamps at reception. Very good hotel for comfortable planning of business or city trips in Madrid. |

The people in reception were more helpful than I had anticipated, the Hotel location was perfect in every way.. Ideal for walking to centre and the places you would have to visit when in Madrid |

3 minutes from Sol station on foot Amenity goods are missing -not improve on next day also, room light with card system was not working well and not so well cleaned in room -doubtful of their checking before inviting guest. |

room was excellent, great sanitary facilities. a street close to hotel is used as a pick up point for prostitutes, best to go left when leaving hotel rather than right. |

Next to puerta del sol. You can go everywhere in the city center by foot. Very good breakfast. On friday and Saturday night there is a club next to the hotel. People are gathering outside the club and it gets very noisy afterhours. I woke up several times till about 6 in the morning when they where living. Ask for a room not in front but in the back. |

Excellent location galleries, Royal palace, shopping all within easy access however graffiti on the street and locality was off putting. Staff were great very helpful and bar staff very friendly. Only real complaint was that the beds were awful really hard and uncomfortable (the only thing that would stop me coming b ack). |

The hotel was indeed a four-star hotel. The breakfast was superb and the waiters at breakfast great. The beds were not comfortable at all. They have been used for a long time and on one of them you could feel the springs. The lounge and other public spaces were closed after midnight and lights turned off. |

it was newly renovated clean nice air con good large rooms balcony with sweeping views top location service was great left some things there they sent back to my address in australia i checked alot of reviews save your self aheadache book here breaky was standard nothing really to complain about |

Very central, good quality, extremely good value for money, spotlessly clean, great service with a smile. A great hotel in a great location. This is my second time to stay at the hotel in the past 12 months and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody. Special requests were noted on the reservation at the time of booking and available on arrival. Very impressive. Matresses on all the beds were very hard. |

Room price is reasonable. The hotel faces to a small alley and it seems dangerous at night. There is no buthtub. |

Nice interior, fine location. Wi-fi connection is not free (( there was a problem on reception through paying by credit card. Stuff was not actually accurate about its action with the card terminal (asked to enter pin though the card was not chipped!!!) On such type of cards write-off occurs signed by the client. But finally we did it )) |
