Vincci Capitol is on Madrid’s Gran Via, a few meters from Callao Metro Station. This stylish hotel features a roof terrace with impressive city views, a spa and rooms with flat-screen TVs. The Capitol offers Art Deco-style design, and its soundproofed rooms are spacious and air conditioned. Each has a pillow menu, a minibar and a hairdryer. The Nammu Corner Areas Spa has Turkish Baths, a jacuzzi and sauna. There are a range of treatments offered, including massages. Well located, comfortable, clean and quiet. Courteous and helpful staff. Absurd Internet policy - wifi only works on the 1st floor and is then slow and overpriced at €9 an hour. Rooms have cable connection which is of no use to me. Also the wifi area was closed for a private function one day. In a hotel of this price I would expect free wifi throughout. Also no international tv channels that worked.

Good location, nice view.. We reserved a non smoking on the first night but we got a smoking room and although we could change the room the next day we were not happy with it.

Location is perfect in the center. Metro is just few meters Lots of restaurents and coffee shops are beside Price is ok TV is very old Dust in the ventilation The room was very hot due to non availabilty of AC in winter. So we tried to make the window open which caused the room to be very cold. The allowd check in time was very late

Excellent location and easy to reach from airport. Poor lighting in corridors and lighting in room was insufficient. Bath was not clean and areas of wood panelling round door was missing in places. Four star hotels usually provide complimentary tea and coffee in room, which this hotel did not. It would have been much appreciated.

The Location of the hotel is really perfect, since it is located on Gran Via Street, you will find many restaurants, cafe, stores, markets and many different interested things at this place. The hotel is well desinge and the decotation of the reception and the rooms are really nice.. The staff are really helpful and polite, as well as the room service and the bar. - The rooms are really small, and when I say small I mean they are really small!! Although we booked the superiour room. - the bathroom is average, I hated when I take shawer at the bathtub, the water flods all around the area.. as well as the sink, even when you wash your hand the water runs on the floor. Once i saw a small insect down the sink. - the mini bar should contain at least a water boiler with tea bags and coffee, they told us that if we needed a hot water we should order it from the bar down there. actually we ar traveling with a 9 months baby, and we needed hot water for making his milk.. so having a boiler inside the room will be helpful..

Location, friendly staff, nice design, clean, safety deposit box. Small room, 2 beds stuck together to make a double therefore they kept slipping apart, room was too hot and aircon barely made a difference, all spanish tv channels.

Location is hard to beat. In centre of Madrid near to metro station. Overpriced. Decor very cheap and poorly finished. Hotel tries to be art- deco but fails miserably.

Very centrally located, the room was obviously of high quality and the price was very reasonable considering the location and quality. Staff could have been friendlier and more helpful when my friend had her purse stolen. On a couple of occasions the staff were helpful but I felt that they could have done more. Lighting was also poor in the room. Please also be careful as my friend had her purse stolen only a couple of meters away from the hotel. This is no reflection on the hotel itself only a friendly warning for future travellers.
