Well located, comfortable, clean and quiet. Courteous and helpful staff.

Absurd Internet policy - wifi only works on the 1st floor and is then slow and overpriced at €9 an hour. Rooms have cable connection which is of no use to me. Also the wifi area was closed for a private function one day. In a hotel of this price I would expect free wifi throughout. Also no international tv channels that worked.

Location was excellent

Was expensive for what it was! No free breakfast and had to pay a lot for spa each! Overall was disappointed.

Beautiful building and decor. Extremely comfortable room, good double glazing, soundproofing and blackout curtains. Good handrail for bath. Excellent breakfast with lovely fresh produce.

There could have been more information provided in English about the hotel's facilities and surroundings.

If you are a tourist in madrid, vincci is in the best location to stay :)

Excellent location and easy to reach from airport.

Poor lighting in corridors and lighting in room was insufficient. Bath was not clean and areas of wood panelling round door was missing in places. Four star hotels usually provide complimentary tea and coffee in room, which this hotel did not. It would have been much appreciated.

Small room, 2 beds stuck together to make a double therefore they kept slipping apart, room was too hot and aircon barely made a difference, all spanish tv channels.

Although a great hotel, is a little expensive. Also it has no wi-fi in the rooms and a business centre.

Looks modern but comfort is below average and not worth the price I paid

Very centrally located, the room was obviously of high quality and the price was very reasonable considering the location and quality.

Staff could have been friendlier and more helpful when my friend had her purse stolen. On a couple of occasions the staff were helpful but I felt that they could have done more. Lighting was also poor in the room. Please also be careful as my friend had her purse stolen only a couple of meters away from the hotel. This is no reflection on the hotel itself only a friendly warning for future travellers.
