The service was impeccable. Roll away & connecting room service was done immediately upon our arrival. And bags were brought to the room before we could get up the elevator. Loved that! Super expensive wifi!!! Please, after we pay so much for the room, can't you lower this? |

wonderful place, close to shops, restaurants and museums.luxury at its best. the breakfast was great in a beautiful setting.rooms perfect, staff helpful. bar expensive yet great. cocktails worth a try despite price.internet also expensive. |

Location is the good point of this hotel. We were disappointed by cold blooded staffs. Double bed room on smoking floor was assigned to us even though we requested twin bed room on non-smoking floor, which request was explicitly accepted by reception. After several complaints and long-time wait, we were taken to a right room, but with a glitch on mini bar ("never open door"). When we asked cleaning staffs on the corridor, they told us a couple of bottles of water are supposed to be placed in the room for compliments, which was not the case of our room. We complained again, and surprisingly a reception staff treated me like a homeless begging for a bottle of water. We were shocked and requested another staff for investigation, but in vain. No apologise at check-out, either. |

very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom lovely breakfast room even though cooked breakfast was only fair when we first arrived we were shown to a horrible dark room at the back of the hotel on the 6 th floor. We immediately asked to move and were told there were no other rooms by the rec eptionist however when we went down again another receptionist showed us another room which was on first floor at side of building which was much nicer .They were going to give this to an another couple who checked in aftrer us. This is the second time i have been allocated an inferior room when booking through booking .com and i hope it wont happen again as i have another hotel booked through you in july.marie obrien |

I liked the friendly staff at the reception,the comfort of the hotel room and the great breakfast buffe. The hotel is situated downtown where a lot of reconstructions take place.It is therefore noisy and the access is difficult. But it is not the hotelś fault:( |

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very enjoyable with lots of variety. It was very centrally situated within easy reach of museums and railway station. It was disappointing that there was no shower gel/bath foam in the bathrooms.There is usually a wide array of toiletries available in 5 star hotels.This was rather unusual. |

Location is great, but the hotel is in need of remodeling and updating. Wi-fi internet fee is outrageous, as well as the parking fee. Staff is presumptuous and not very helpful. |

the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. staff are very accommodating. the breakfast buffet is splendid and the dining staff very charming. the location is central and public transport is right outside. |

Excellent location, very nice breakfast, Some of the furniture in the room were broken, staff-members just locked themselves in to "check" on the minibar early in the morning while we still were in bed. The whole squere outside the hotel were full of constructionwork, which created a lot of noise. Not a word about this issue on the homepage |

Everything.... the staff, the room, the location. We loved the helpful, polite and competent staff and staying there made our trip to Madrid fantastic! Can't wait to return. |

Good service.Even though I had a few problems with room e.g. electricity went at one point-there was a very fast,efficient response from staff who rectified the matter very quickly. |

Our room was very good - comfortable, clean and not smelly - great bonus after all the smelly Spanish bathrooms !! :( The staff and service were excellent. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. Do not eat or drink at this hotel - the food is good but way too expensive. The prices in the bar where we went for one round of drinks for four, came to over 70 Euro. Ridiculous. |

The Style you really feel like been in a real Palace with all that confort and luxury you dont feel like leaving at all. It is really a beutifull. Elegant hotel. |
