“ This was a great rental in a perfect location in Madrid. We were visiting friends who thought we had picked the perfect place to stay-near the Atocha train station, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sol, etc. Easy access to the Metro. The apartment was exactly what they said it was on Booking.com. ”

Location was perfect for walking round the city. Facilities in the apartment were clean and good with one exception (see dislikes). Staff were friendly and very helpful. The second bedroom is not what anyone would expect. There is a bed that can be made into a double, but people sleeping in it need to climb over each other to get out of it. NOT A PROPER TWIN BEDDED ROOM AND NOT AS DESCRIBED. Also, there is a lot of noise both from the room above and from the street. The location is great for walking around but not for a light sleeper. We were very tired on a couple of days. There are clubs nearby that make noise into the early morning.

The apartments are well furnished, modern, and in an excellent location central to everything the city. I would definitely stay there again. No problems with noise as its in a side line off the main strip Im slightly annoyed that what was advertised as twin beds turned out to be all doubles, not convenient when its a group of nine men - as it turned out two of the guys didnt go which meant seven of use shared two apartments. I dont like misselling of products, this should be made very clear, even the pictures advertised showed twin beds. This slightly dampened my opinion of what were otherwise stunning apartments

Location. Plenty of space unless you are taller than 1,75. Having stayed in a fantastic hotel dyring my previous trip in Istanbul (Amira hotel) I will try to be fair with this one which is not a hotel but just an appartment. Though we can not give a perfect "10" to everybody. The appartment is nice but much different from the pictures as far as the quality concerns. Cheap, thin (lack of soundproof is a serious issue), and a little worn out walls as well as a bad staircase. Cleaning in total is satisfactory and it is charged extra (20 euro per time-no receipt delivered, hmmm what should I think...), though changing just the sheets and providing two tiny bath towels is not what I had been waiting for. They did not even put the couch pillows back in order neither -I think- they used a hoover. About the welcoming personnel? 15 minutes late on our appointment even though we phoned half an hour in advance as we had been told. And then? &Quot;Hello, this is a city map, hmmm I know little about the city, I am sorry...now give me the money in advance for the whole stay, plus the 20 euro for the cleaning...leave your keys on the table when leaving, bye..". However they reacted immediately when an access problem arised with the external door giving us a new more functional key which was brought by a very friendly and gentle guy. Finally, I should mention the non- existence of an external label with the name of the appartments. So many people have mentioned it before but nothing has been done. Is there a manager in charge? Does he follow up on any feedback?

The large, comfortable apartment, very well located near Madrid's museums and train station, made our sightseeing totally comfortable. When the windows are closed, the city noise and barking dogs of the residential neighborhood were subdued. The washing machine was most welcome, to catch up on laundry conveniently. (Bring your own laundry soap.) Our neighbors were sometimes inconsiderate about yelling in the hallways, which have a echoing quality that magnifies even a quiet speaking voice. Likewise, footsteps in the rooms above tend to be louder because of the hardwood floors.

The location was perfect, everything was near. The apartment was spacious and 2 bathroom for 2 people were luxus. The promise of a view and a balcony... The wall opposite of the narrow balcony door can´t be called a view? The apartment also lack tiny things, like as we ran out of a toilet paper, no detergent for the dishwasher etc.

Central location which is 2 streets from Anton Martin metro stop. The apartment had great facilities, including two bathrooms, towels and linen, a well equipped kitchen including coffee machine, hairdryer and ipod docking station. The only negative about the accommodation was that there was only one sofa in the apartment which seated two comfortably or three if you squeezed together. This meant that two/three other people had to sit in the other chairs which looked good but were not at all comfortable.

The apartment is comfortable and at a convenient location. The well-equipped kitchen enabled us to have good breakfasts in the morning and good dinners in the evening. Hot water is not enough for six persons to take showers within one or two hours. The sofa bed is not big enough for two adults.

Very good location and base for city sightseeing. Walking distance to attractions. Quiet location but close to restaurants and bars to eat. Good apartment for 2 couples. Very modern. Nocturnal neighbours who unfortunately I believe are tenants/permanent residents in the building. Building not soundproofed - whilst neighbours were not rowdy or vocally loud, they were very busy in that apartment in high heels and all night, from 1am until 7am. Noise very bad, even with earplugs. Such a shame. If you are a heavy sleeper with hearing issues, I could recommend it. But it wouldn't be fair not to warn others.

The apartment was exactly what they said it was on Booking.com. No surprises! Staff met us as planned. Washing machine was nice to have. Elevator to get up to 4th floor was great. Please remember this is a apartment not a hotel !! Great location, very comfy and well appointed. heating was good, 5 to 10 minutes walking to central areas. close to Central train station (however take a taxi with luggage)Lots of Cafes and little grocery shops at your door step. Very Very Noisy, extremely Noisy in street specially on friday night and Saturday night from bars etc Yahooing etc all night to 5am. Also very noisy in the building from other apartments, wooden floors we could even here there TVs . ( we had to use ear plugs) We complained to the management and they help quickly however could still here people talking and tvs also people walking around on the wooden floors. Ran out of hot water several times. Internet was shocking!!!! There is a free internet and on our level it was useless, there is a option to pay for a fast internet and it was also really poor and at times useless. frustrating and time wasting. last thing you want when traveling is to waste hours trying to use a slow internet !!!!! The key to the main front door was very sticky and at times my wife had to use the intercom to be buzzed in (a bad key cut maybe) Power & Lights tripped out when heaters and washing machine was on, I will never stay in a apartment again as you have no control over the noise specially late at night.
