Magic Cristal Park  

We have stayed at the cristal park 3 times this year and been going to the same hotel now for about 8 years . We like the friendlyness of the bar staff who will do any thing for you,also the selection of food there is always something youll enjoy to eat.entainment at night is a good night in the magic cafe with him and her.

Last visit last week seemed to take forever just to check in. Tried to book a late check out room even on original booking told none available,so nowhere to get ready after a very hot day in the sun to get showered, told to get changed in a luggage room.GREAT.Before year after year they have always offered a courtesey room to get ready they said changes are down to new management.Entertainment was catered more for spanish than english which was usually catered for both.

The hotel was lovely. But as English holiday makers we were treated as second class compared to the Spanish guests!we were expected to eat in the lower resturant ,which was like a cheap cafe compared to the upper resturant,which was lovely.one morning we were even told to use the second rate resturant as we were English!upon complaint,we were told by reception that it was for our own benefit as the Spanish are very noisy. Asit was we took no notice and ate where we pleased.i felt discrimated against.my advice to anyone is avoid this hotel!!

It was the first time we had ever been to an all inclusive where all the food was always excellently presented, a great choice for everyone,but most of all, always,always piping hot. We had excellent service from the waiting on staff, well done charley and mattos(maitre de) In the evenings we had a great time in the magic cafe. One of our favourite holidays

Good value, room was a good size but no balcony. Liked being all inclusive. close to old town and beach

Chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, it doesn't say that it is not heated, so too cold to use. Dissapointed at that. No balcony The only outdoor space was on the roof

Good Hotel with nice rooms and superb restaurant and really good food

Only problem for me was no umbrellas or shade from the sun on the roof

Que el inserso esté en otro comedor,por las aglomeraciones.

No me ha gustado casi nada.

Le cadre + tres bien situé centre ville proche plage + les buffets + les chambres sont grande

Piscine intérieur non chauffé + le sauna qui ne marche plus depuis longtemp + la musique est trop forte l'or des animations

No ha estado mal pero el hotel tenía algunas deficiencias, lo mejor ha sido la animación para niños

El buffet tenía poca variedad

Me ha gustado todo bastante.excepto el conportamiento de un camarero

Referente al camarero que estaba de servicio por la noche en el bar donde se celebraba el baile la primera noche enpezo a recojer las sillas lanzandolas por el suelo mas de 20mt le decimos que las ronperia y nos contesto que las sillas no se quejan. Pero el segundo dia enpezo a recojer tanbien las mesas y las sillas antes de las doce y con una mesa que lanzo le dio a mi amigo en la pierna al llamarle la atencion nos contesto con malos modales diciendonos que donde estabamos que no era la pista de baile que estaba llena y nos pusimos a bailar al lado con otras personas.que tome nota el director porque el mobiliario lo ara polvo y puede lesionar alguna persona

Está cerca del centro y de la playa. El menú es variado.

Las camas tenian colchones viejos. En general no da sensacion de limpieza.
