Magic Cristal Park  

The hotel was far enough away from the new town so wasn't too noisy but close enough that we could walk there during the day. All meals were hot and well presented. The children really enjoyed their stay.

The bedrooms could do with being updated and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The food, the magic bar . good clean entertainment

Too many aliens in our resturant wish more british had been there . but we coped very well ,it was easter so spanish were on holiday

A value for money all inclusive weekend trip. Plenty of choice in food available from the restaurants. Bar area was pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. Nothing spectacular at the hotel, but very sufficient for our weekend. The reception people were very very helpful and very friendly.

We didnt stay long enough not to like anything at the hotel. It is easy to be critical of decor etc and that would be the only commentb that we would make. However, it is very expensive to be continually refurbishing and upgrading hotels; so every decade would be reasonable to at least decorate the hotel. It is now due, but that is only our opinion. All opinions differ.

Nothing apart from cleanliness I would never recomend This hotel to anybody I had a horrible stay it was for my 20 th wedding anniversary and when I complained they offererd me a meal in a 4 star restaurant and I refused I never ate in restaurant for 2 days and had a fewq problems

The hotel is ideally situated within 5 minutes walk to the old Town part of Benidorm and the beach. The selection of food in the restaurant buffet was marvellous and, as we were all inclusive, abundant together with drinks. We enjoyed the entertainment provided and would return to this hotel again.

The room was on the first floor above the entrance to the hotel and was rather noisy at night. This was due to the air conditioning ventilation shaft running up the side of the hotel next to the room and made it very difficult to sleep.

Good location and very friendly professional staff, other than that not a lot.

I don't know where to start, The room was not as described on your website, It looked clean, modern and up to date but in reality it was in need of some serious modernisation. Particularly the bathroom where the toilet leaked onto the floor after use, the shower curtain was hanging off and the tiles where full of grime. There where only two small hand towels provided, no larger towels. The television and air conditioning unit where missing every knob and where difficult to adjust. The handle on the balcony door was in need of repair and the view from the balcony was of a derelict concrete yard full of smashed concrete, air conditioning units and cigarette stumps. There where no tea making facilities in the room that your website boasted of. All in all if think these hotel rooms have not been maintained for many years. I will not be using Booking.com again and I think that the price I have paid was an absolute rip off. The worsted Hotel room I have ever stayed in! A disgrace.

The staff friendly however felt hotel was a little tired, wih the absence of car parking facilities and sunbeds close to the pool. I was only at the hotel for two nights but paid €50 to park my car at the closest multi storey.

The hotel was lovely. But as English holiday makers we were treated as second class compared to the Spanish guests!we were expected to eat in the lower resturant ,which was like a cheap cafe compared to the upper resturant,which was lovely.one morning we were even told to use the second rate resturant as we were English!upon complaint,we were told by reception that it was for our own benefit as the Spanish are very noisy. Asit was we took no notice and ate where we pleased.i felt discrimated against.my advice to anyone is avoid this hotel!!

Only one good thing was that we could escape and use the facilities at the Magic Rock Garden it was fantastic for the children throughout the day, food and hygine there was excellent, wish we had booked there!

Not a great deal was good at the hotel. We asked to change rooms as the one given was far too small and smelly. We lost a day and a half waiting to be re located plus paid 360 euros to upgrade to a larger room this had an even worse smell of excrement. The hotel is totally in need of updating as it is incredibly shabby not just the rooms but the dining areas and pool also. Definately unsuitable for families.

Carece de aparcamiento. Colchón deteriorado. Aseos anticuados. Restaurantes en sótanos sin ventilación. Olor a cocina en escaleras y hall.

Sobretodo la atención del personal, son fantásticos. El desayuno excelente y muy variado. La ubicación ideal, con todo cerca: tiendas, bares, zona de copas, playa, en pleno centro...

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación del hotel, ya que es muy céntrico. Excelente calidad precio. Valoramos mucho la amabilidad y la atención del personal, pues te hacen sentir como en casa. Muy buena animación, especial para familias con niños. Repetiremos en junio

El buffet.

La habitación (pintura desescarchada, aparato del aire acondicionado viejisimo, televisor de tubo que se veia fatal), la cama (el colchón estaba hecho polvo, todos los días con dolor de espalada), el baño viejo y necesitaba una reforma y más luz)

Me ha gustado mucho la animación que hay en el hotel y el régimen de todo incluido es genial. Ademas del autobus que te lleva por el resto de hoteles de la cadena y la ubicación.

Es hotel antiguo y aunque está bien, necesita una reforma por ejemplo en los baños de las habitaciones, son un poco antiguos y los aparatos de aire en una de la habitaciones hacia mucho ruido, era muy antiguo.

A pesar de haber reservado las habitaciones con mucha antelación, la instancia fue desde el día 13 al día 22 de agosto, las reservas las realicé el día 4 de mayo. Cuando llegué las habitaciones nos las daban en pisos distintos, cuando lograron darnos la habitaciones en la misma planta éstas no me satisficieron pues la calidad de éstas dejaba mucho de desear. Con respecto a las habitaciones que se publicitan. En resumen me han defraudado, decepcionado y estropeado mis vacaciones, pues había puesto mucha confianza en éste hotel después de haber estado el la Semana Santa.

La situación del Hotel y el poder cambiar de unos hoteles a otros.

Las habitaciones antiguas, el aire acondicionado de la edad de piedra y los colchones muy usados.

Het eten was vooral gericht op de engelse maar wel goed. All inclusive was uitstekend. De loop afstand naar de zee en de winkels was prima.

De slaapbank was verschrikkelijk. Het receptie personeel soms onvriendelijk en gejaagd. Te veel Engelse. De taal.

A comparación con los años pasados ha sido un cambio, ósea peor, referendo me la comida, servicios, entradas a parques y el confort de habitación . Esta vez no me gusto tanto como la otra vez , hace 3 años . La cómida era siempre la misma y se repetía todos los días . El próximo año seguro voy a otro sitio .
