The location was great. Staff were very nice,friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful , fish dishes delicious and a huge selection of salad and vegetables. We have lived in Malaga ,Spain nine years so the trip to Benidorm was a treat for my husbands birthday. It was very good.

RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO. SU UBICACIÓN CENTRICA Y CERCA DE LA PLAYA. Es bastante completo y si no hace buen tiempo tienes la piscina cubierta. Las instalaciones están regular. La limpieza de la habitación es mala. El buffet es repetitivo

La Atención del personal.Las actividades que se realizan a lo largo del día.Las actuaciones nocturnas. La ubicación del Hotel. Se formaban colas para utilizar los ascensores... y había frecuentes averías... en alguno de ellos...

La comida esta bastante bien y lo mejor, la ubicacion. La habitacion cuadruple tenia 2 camas y 1 sofa cama. Mis hijos tienen 15 y 18 años y el sofa era pequeño para los 2 y ademas, no estaba en buenas condiciones.

Sus camareras/os del Buffet y bares muy atentos y simpaticos asi como recepcionistas. Comida dejo mucho que desear. Habitaciones un poco antiguas, nuestro baño estaban sueltos los azulejos de la pared. Se nos inundó la habitacion y nos tuvieron que cambiar a una peor y en general no volveria ya que buscaria algo mejor.

The staff in the restaurant were very helpful couldn't do enough for us food was great. Very good selection. Staff at reception couldn't understand English and didn't want to try. Advertised for rifle shooting on two days during week at 5 o clock but when we went downstairs there was no one there to do it. When we asked at reception the male behind the counter didn't want to know. It was too much trouble for him to find out why it wasnt on.

Nada me ha gustado del hotel.Si hubiese que mencionar algo positivo seria la ubicación, pero visto que tampoco cuenta con parking y no tiene sitio para poder siquiera dejar el coche para bajar las maletas, pues ya no se.. Como no, decir el mal estado de las habitaciones llenas de humedades y ridiculas las instalaciones al mismo tiempo que mal cuidadas.. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado del año que montaron el hotel, pero eso tal vez daría igual, si por lo menos se pudiese utilizar en fechas como estas, ya que todavia no los ponen en marcha. Y que decir del minibar.. me guardo el comentario de esa cosa tan ridicula que ofrecen. En cuanto a la zona de spa y piscina cubierta.. creo que no deben ofrecerse servicios para no poder atender a tanta gente como pueda hospedare en el hotel..En cuanto al servicio de simpatia no les dan clases, por lo menos en la recepción.. En fin, un fin de semana para no olvidar.. era eso de lo que se trataba.. je je..
