Staff were helpful. Rooms clean. Lovely hot water. A bath as well as a shower. The rooms were very basic but adequate Lack of privacy when sitting outside the room on the ground floor. Very limited menu

Good sized apartment, kept very clean, great view. Food and drink expensive. Small portions for dinner. Breakfast good, as buffet for b&B. Some preference given to Spanish customers over British. Not sure this was on purpose as staff were not very organised, but some were very friendly.

Quiet. Spacious rooms. Broken air conditioner only advised on arrival - was told it was broken for 2 weeks and still not fixed (it was summer and quite hot). As the hotel was busy, was offered only other available room - also with a broken air conditioner. Rooms are spacious, but feel like they haven't been updated since the 1980s. Musty smells.

This was the very best hotel in Europe in which we stayed. The staff was friendly and met our every need! The food was delicious and the view of the harbour was glorious. I could not think of anything that could have made our visit in Mahon more pleasurable. It's a little remote/hard to find, but well worth the drive outside of downtown Mahon. What an unexpected treat!

Absolutamente todo. Empezando por el personal, todos ellos encantadores y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier cosa. Gracias a todos por vuestra amabilidad y por hacernos sentir como en casa. El desayuno estupendo, con variedad de comida caliente que te hacen al momento (huevos revueltos, tortillas, bacon, maravillosas crepes...). Música ambiente en la terraza. La ubicación es ideal, es un lugar acogedor, tranquilo, romántico, los apartamentos con terraza y vistas a una cala maravillosa y a la bahía de Mahón... Es un hotel pequeñito y muy muy acogedor. En fin, sólo deseo que llegue el año que viene y escaparme otra vez allí. No es que no me guste, para mí es perfecto, pero por comentarlo no es un hotel para familias con niños, no hay actividades típicas de un resort, ni espectáculos, ni actividades en la piscina ni nada por el estilo. El hotel está en una urbanización y es imprescindible contar con coche para desplazarse aunque hay un minibus que sale dos veces al día.

Es un hotel familiar, pequeño, por lo que la atención es buena. El desayuno era completo, aunque el mismo todos los días. Buenas vistas del puerto de Mahón. Las instalaciones no se corresponden con categoría cuatro estrellas, sino inferior.

El personal es super amable, llegamos 2 horas antes de la hora de entrada y nos ofrecieron dejar las maletas en recepción sin coste adicional, además tienen 2 baños con ducha disponibles por si te quieres cambiar o lo que sea, igualmente a la salida nos ofrecieron regresar al hotel por la tarde por si nos queríamos duchar antes de coger el avión. La habitación con unas vistas al puerto de mahón impresionantes. Quizá la situación del hotel, es imprescindible el coche, pero como nosotros habíamos alquilado uno, no fue un problema.

La tranquilidad absoluta. La televisión es muy antigua y además solo se ven la 1, la 2 y tv3 como cadenas españolas y algunas alemanas. El bufet un poco soso para ser un aparthotel de 4 estrellas

Die Lager ist angenehm mit Blick auf Hafen Mahon/ Es Castell. Die Straße zum Hotel bietet mit die schönsten Aussichten überhaupt auf der Insel. Internet konnte nicht funktionsfähig geschaltet werden. Klimaanlage zu laut, veraltete Technik. Im Wohnzimmer zu kalt, im Schlafzimmer zur warm.

Aucun commentaire négatif. Accueil très sympathique . Hôtel calme à conseiller. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et copieux. Les chambres sont propres . L'entretien quotidien des chambres et le renouvellement des produits ou des serviettes est très bien.Je ne sais si je reviendrai sur Mahon mais je sais que je conseillerai cet Hôtel. Manque de matériel pour cuisiner même de base.

La ubicación es excelente, en una pequeña colina muy tranquila con privilegiadas vistas a la bahía. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, el personal es afable, atento y educado. Es un lugar encantador, ideal para ir en familia, en pareja e incluso solo, ofrece todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y una estupenda relación calidad-precio. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
