The tall male member of staff was very pleasant and helpful. The air conditioning in the room I was given did not work at all, and after a change of room the following day the main light did not work. I felt that both faults were obvious, which led me to form the impression that the hotel is not well-maintained. The female staff member to whom I complained about the faulty facilities made me feel very awkward - as a paying guest of the hotel I did not appreciate her attitude at all. |

The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was excellent; the pool area well supervised and enjoyable. Our room with port view was very pleasant. |

Lovely hotel in the beautiful port area of Mahon. Excellent base for exploring the island of Menorca. Main bus station a 10 minute walk away, with a very reliable service. Quiet pool area, very relaxing stay. Food and drink over priced. |

The view from the lobby is nice. Our room was very bad (no. 211). It smelled of smoke, had no view and we had a terrible night sleep because we could hear the doors opening and closing in the corridor. We left to another hotel quickly the next day. The only positive aspect that I can say is that I was not charged the second night! |

I liked the relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant helpful staff and the reception area in particular with its marvellous views was particularly comfortable and welcoming. i dont often want to sit in a hotel lobby but this one was inviting. |

you have nice view to the port I have asked for a quite room and got one next door to the elevator /lift.When the house is almost empty it is unfair, really unfair...Do not ask for room 301 all night you will hear lift driving... !!you can't sleep! |

- Vistas de la bahía desde el restaurante del hotel - Hubo muchos problemas con la habitación (cerradura rota, televisión estropeada, ruidos debidos al bar del propio hotel que estaba justo al lado de la habitación). Tras varias quejas, nos cambiaron a otra habitación mejor. |

Estaba a diez minutos paseando del centro de Maó y las vistas eran muy bonitas Teniendo en cuenta que Menorca en verano es ir de playas, calas, piscinas,... hacía falta una terraza o balcón en la habitación para tender toallas, dejar secar bañadores, chanclas,... |

El servicio de puerta del turno de tarde. La piscina es agradable. La habitación y el baño era un poco antiguos. un poco alejado del centro (aunque no hay grandes distancias en Mahón). |

La ubicación, las vistas y el desayuno, La tremenda humedad y condensación generadas por el baño. La falta de insonorización de las habitaciones: la nuestra estaba debajo del restaurante y el ruido de las sillas y mesas era brutal, además de que se oía el trajín de los otros huéspedes entrando y saliendo y dando portazos (era la única manera de cerrar las puertas). |

La habitación parecía muy nueva, la cama era perfecta, el baño amplio y limpio, la ducha enorme, la presión del agua en la ducha tremenda, los armarios amplios, la televisión más que suficiente, no se oía nada de las otras habitaciones, el suelo de parquet, las vistas al puerto (quizá otras habitaciones no las tienen), el pequeño trocito de terraza para las habitaciones de la planta baja y su precio a través de booking. En la época en la que nosotros fuimos era lo más barato y no esperabamos que estuviera tan tan bien. La nevera no enfriaba apenas, aunque más que una queja es una anécdota. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho, lo poníamos al tope cuando salíamos por la mañana y al volver por la noche no hacía nada de frío en la habitación. Esto si que deberían arreglarlo |

Lo que más nos ha gustado es el excelente trato recivido por el personal, la siruación estratégica, sus vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar. El armario de la habitación es muy justo si vas ha passar algunos días en ella. |
