The staff was excellent, they were helpful and courteous, just very pleasant. What a fantastic location as well. I was a bit concerned about being so centrally located, because sometimes that means a lot of noise and commotion. But not so at the Maimonides, the room and the whole facility was quiet and peaceful - an escape in the center of things without needing to travel.

Room looked out onto Mezquita and the location can be matched but not beaten. Room was fine and clean. Nice hotel with courtyard for pm drinks. Breakfast inconsistent with eggs one day but missing next.

The hotel in Crordoba Spain is one of 2 Eurostars. It was not made plain on the booking form which one we were booked into and the sat nav took us to the other one!!!! I think they should make this absolutely clear as they are both near the Mesquita. However it was an excellent choice for seeing the town and the Mesquita and had an old world charm. The breakfast was in no way up to the standard of the other Eurostars I have visited in Toledo, Barcelona and Alicante but otherwise it was good value for money, nice rooms, terrace and near all the sights!! I was unable to put up the directions offered on the booking form until I arrived in Cordoba with my laptop. I tried 10 times but failed and the map would have been useful

Location, location, location! Absolutely fantastic location for the price. About 10 steps to the Mezquita. The decor was great, wifi was good in every room, and the price was very reasonable for everything you get. The staff told us the Mezquita opened at 7:30am, but it opens at 8:30am. A little annoying because no place was open to get a coffee for our wait. But it was useful they told us it is free until 10:30am, which it is.

The location of Maimonides is fabulous in the old town of Cordoba. The rooms need to be updated. The hotel is very noisy. The doors to the rooms are not very solid, therefore you hear everything in the hallway.

Ideally situated, lovely hotel - would definately recommend to others and hope to return. Hotel breakfast and bar were good too. Very difficult to find! ended up parking the car and walking - as it is located down narrow street which appears to be only for pedestrians.....this was the only (minor) downside, but could be easily rectified....

Excellent from every point of view. Traditional building from the outside but completely modern still respecting the local style in the inside. Quite luxurious and clean room, perfect breakfast, friendly staff, private underground parking. Ideal location for a tourist to visit old Cordoba. The cathedral is at just(!) the other side of the street, the Alcazar and the Guadalquivir old bridge are just a few steps away, while the small narrow streets of the old historical city are all around. Perfect, to my wife's and mine expectations. More detailed and precise instructions are needed to exist in the hotel's web-site for a driver wishing to reach it through his gps system. Just the address is not at all enough. Arriving in Cordoba from Sevilla and trying to follow my gps instructions I found myself in a labyrinth of small and too narrow streets the totality of them being one- way, or for pedestrians only, or for "authorised" cars only. I had to call my hotel for instructions which did not helped me much, until finaly, in my desesperation, I was lucky enough to be guided by the staff of another hotel that happened to be found in my way.

This hotel is really excellent, especially for its facilities, comfort, cleanliness and perfect location. Besides, the breakfast is perfect. It is a three-star hotel that seems to be a four-star indeed. And all this for a reasonable price.
