Reserved 2 single rooms-they were like closets. Checkout-I reserved two rooms, each at your guaranteed price of 91 Euros/night. They charged 90.91 1st.. 109.09 2nd, & 140.91 3rd! Just the room, bkfst extra. Woman at desk rude, refused to talk, told me to contact you. I'd like an explanation, pls/

Location is great. The parking is a great asset and not that expensive.

The staff at the lobby was not that nice. Although we requested for a double bed, we were given twins... Besides that, we had dinner at the restaurant. We arrived there 15mins before the dinner period to end and we listened to some unpleasant comments from the staff.

Helpful staff. Excellent location.

Breakfast, bacon undercooked, scrambled egg tastes of powder. Toast: machine takes four passes through the tunnel of fire before acquiring a faint tan. I don't expect much from hotel buffet coffee. So no surprises there. I've had a better breakfast on Ryanair (sigh!).

The location right next to the mesquita in the heart of the city, inner rooms quiet, exterior rooms views, comfortable rooms, attractive public areas, excellent breakfast, parking free on our deal in hotel car park, recommend.

The location and the front-desk staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

The restaurant in the hotel was not great, but had it not been pouring rain I wouldn't have bothered wtih it anyway.

Value for money location for the Mezquita/cathedral and right in the middle of the Jewish quarter Big spacious room with all amenities.

The bells. So close to the Mezquita that the early morning bells will wake you up before you want to. Don't leave the window open.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of the old town, all the top attractions were extremely accessible. The hotel was an older vintage but very clean and well maintained. The courtyard gave it a nice character and ambience.

You can almost hear your neighbors breathing; sound transference through the masonry walls is definitely a problem. I could hear conversations in the room next door, curtains opening, drawers sliding, chairs moving as if it was right in our room. As long as you and your neighbors are on the same sleeping and waking schedule, you should be ok!
