Location, underground parking Very noisy rooms due no soundproofing and cleaners/local guests shouting to each other from 6am onwards.Staff grumpy. We were told we required a passport to check in, which was not indicated to us either on the website or in any of their info. |

Staff helpfulness and location Room could be cleaner. Were lead to believe we would have a view which we did not. Housekeeping insisted on knocking several times altho we had the do not disturb sign on which was quite annoying. |
