We enjoyed the stay, just mentioning few minor things, potential improvement areas. Before arrival, we didn't find information on the parking price to park in territory (it was 3eur per day) on booking.com. At check in we asked for second key card, but both didn't work. We came down and asked to check the cards and then they fixed it. Staff member did not offer or inform us to pay for the safe or the fridge at check-in, we came down again to pay for it separately (Safe was 3eur per day). Air conditioning device seemed to be located too close to bed, so we turned it off at night. But the temperature in room was good for sleeping anyway. We had no proper glass for water and no water bottle in the room. For me personally, the TV was either too far away or the screen too small. Seats were taken for the flamenco show, so we were standing and trying not to cover up the show for those who were sitting.
We had perfectly clean and good size room with air conditioning and comfortable beds. It was quiet and I slept very well. We had balcony with a view to pool and could see the sea a little (our room was on 5th floor). The staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, we liked scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, bacon, cheese, fruits, yogurt, fried tomatoes and the tea. We used WiFi in the hall, there was some comfortable couches there. On friday night there was quite nice flamenco show. We parked our car in the territory, there were enough free places. The beach was also close, and there was some cafes and pizza place right at the promenade.
