This apartment plus service is not recommended. The apartment, although well situated, was in order but the floor had obviously not been cleaned. Wifi was not available and there was no sea view. During the night there was loud music (possibly a disco?) that kept us awake until 4 am. Another problem with these apartments is that you have to travel to another town to collect the keys. This involved several text messages and phone calls to arrange. Moreover, we had the unfortunate event when leaving the apartment that the door closed behind us with the keys still inside the lock. The same thing also happened at a neighbouring apartment on the same day! When making enquiries with the rental service on how to resolve this situation, our calls were ignored for several days and when we finally managed to discuss the issue, we were given very aggressive and evasive responses from the agency staff. Upon entering the apartment a €150 security deposit was charged to us and after departure a second amount of €150 was suddenly withheld directly from the bank account, which the rental service surprisingly denied. In the end, after many phone calls, one of the charges was refunded to the account but a substantial sum was charged for the lock to be changed. As we only stayed in the apartment one night for around 12 hours, the whole experience was a nightmare not to be repeated. All in all an extremely disappointing stay!
