Facilities were good.

I emailed 3 weeks before our arrival asking for confirmation of a double bed. I then emailed again 10 days before, and again a week before. 23 hours before arrival, I received a response saying that we would have to upgrade to a suite if we wanted a double bed. By this time all other hotels in the area were full. Upon arrival, I asked to speak to the manager. The receptionist called the office but the manager refused to come to the front desk and told the receptionist to inform us that we could pay the difference of 20euro's a night for our whole stay now, or leave. They also would not let us amend our booking and stay for one night, even at this higher rate. The whole stay or nothing! Not knowing the area at all, and having already unsuccessfully checked online for other hotels in the area, we had no choice and had to pay the difference. We were both horrified by this terrible display of customer service. If they had told me when I emailed at the start, we could have found an alternative hotel in the area. After all that, the bed was extremely cheap and uncomfortable, It felt like a camp bed and we never got a good nights sleep at all during our stay. There was also a window from the bedroom to the bathroom with no blind or frosting, so if your partner wants to use the facilities, they are very well lit by the halogen lights in the bathroom. We liked the shower aspect of this, although not the toilet aspect! Nice pool area and gym tho.

Food was lovely really fresh and tasty. The children's activities were quite good although we travelled early in the season and there wasn't many other children taking part.

clean, modern, quiet, close to the lovely white sand beach, perfect location, only 25 minutes by taxi from the airport, multilingual animation team, kids pools with slides - brilliant, gym, renovated apartments are faultless

reception staff - language barriers, not informative and unhelpful, If you need anything or any help you might as well ask someone in animation team as they will certainly help you no probs restaurant staff - too slow, not working under own initiative. If you wouldn't ask you wouldn't get your drink - even if you have to pay for it. no heated pool outside

The personnel was very friendly. One night we were late for our halfpension dinner and they offered to bring us a platter to our room! Very professionnel and considerate. Would love to come here again. Very luxurious Junior Suite with Hot Tub and lux shower

The toilet didn't always flush properly and sinks spilt a bit. But nothing terrible annoying.

the place itself (Palma nova) doesn't suit for families with small kids or for those who seeks calm and quiet place - very busy and noisy.

Close to the beach which is lovely for swimming, close to lovely restaurants nearby, and expected prices to have changed upwards this year but happy to say it was'nt the case.

Sun beds need upgrading and probably a few more!, but we stayed in September and did'nt have a problem getting one and we were not early risers.

No fan in the bathroom, no means of airconditioner control, very late room cleaning (3-4pm)

Excellent location. One can reach three various beach for 5-10 minutes.There was pleasant room, good pool and environment.

Cleanliness was not satisfied. There was clogged pipeline in the bathroom, lamp above table wasn't worked, night lighting on the balcony is regulated automaticly. One can get TV panel for deposit money only. Bath gel and soap wasn't refreshed regular.

Good location, simple but tasty food, value for money.

Good position near to the beach, away from partying Magaluf people. Familyroom was good size.

rooms are clean and comfortable, pool area very tidy, also in very good location for beach or night life, this was our second stay at this hotel

Hvar fornøyd med det meste,men syns rengjøring på rommet var ikke tilfredstillende

Upea hotelli! Täysin remontoitu. Uima-allasalue hyvä. Kaikki toimi ja palvelu hyvä! Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Tänne tulemme vielä uudestaan.!

En general todo.La ubicacion muy buena,tenias la playa a 5 minutos andando.El hotel esta reformado y lo han dejado muy guapo,con las habitaciones modernas,y el bar y la recepcion en tonos blancos.Habia animadores para los niños todos los dias.Si quieres tienes la opcion de comer buffet,nosotros no lo hicimos pero entramos a verlo y tenia buena pinta.Han hecho una piscina para niños que tiene toboganes de agua con unos muñecos,esta genial.Y la limpieza no estoy segura pero creo que la hacian todos los dias.

Die Auswahl beim Essen war nicht sehr groß. Die Zeiten wo die Zimmer gereinigt werden, könnte man flexibler gestalten.

Allting var väldigt bra och inget att klaga på även för barn familjer med fint pool område.

De manglede lige det sidste for at være i mål og havde de dårligste undskyldninger for ikke at have f.eks. parasoller ved børnepoolen.

Mycket trevligt och fräsht hotell. Kändes riktigt lyxigt att bo där. Rent och snyggt överallt. Nära till stranden och till restaurangerna. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Vill gärna åka dit igen.

Det var nyoppusset og ordentlig. Rent og pent. Bra utvalg av fine solsenger. Fin og ren stil. Gratis internett i lobbyen. Mulighet for å lage egen mat på rommet.
