Very nice location close to the Promenade and Old town. Spacy room with a fully glasswall out to the balcony. The breakfast missed both cheese and ham and had no tomatos or any other vegetables. No variation. This drags my points down a lot.

Excellent location close to seafront, restaurants, etc. and easy walking distance to old town area. Very convenient underground parking in congested area. Spacious room with kitchenette and balcony. Fairly quiet even though directly on street. Desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast fare limited, and not allowed to sit outside on terrace for it, though plenty rolls, buns, croissants, etc.

Reception staff are excellent victor, jesus, not sure of the other staff names. Right beside the beach and old town. Its a pity the bar in the hotel does not open at night, and tea/coffe in room would be a plus.

Good location, friendly staff, rooms with terraces and a very low price all combine to make excellent value for money. I know that it is a budget hotel, but the breakfast just needs a little bit of variety. Currently, only breads/croissants/buns available and some simple cereal. Maybe they could include meats or cheeses? Fruit?

ficultThe hotel is value for money for its location, one block away from the beach. The car parking facility is extremely bad, not suitable for a medium size or big cars. We drove a BMW 5 series and was stuck for more than an hour in the car park while coming out. It was so tight that it is dificult for any cars not ended up with scratches while coming in and going out.

The apartments are located 2 minutes from the beach and the one bedroom appartments are very spacious . The staff were very multilingual and very helpful. The pool is very small and the sun disappears behihd the hotel at 16:30 in the afternoon This is not a major problem as 99% of the guests opt to go to the beach where a sunbed with brolly will only cost €5.00 per day

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the beach and historical town. The pool and rooms are clean. The room 312 is in need of refurbishment it has old furniture and the bed was very uncomfortable- nothing like the bed shown on the El Faro web page which is deceiving. No kettle or mugs in the kitchen we had to use a saucepan to boil water. The bar closes early in the afternoon. Breakfast was alledgely continental but no cheese or cold meats served. Parking is a problem but managed to get access to underground parking at hotel the next day (10 euro) but only small cars can gain access. TV only showing local channels and not international programmes- the TVs are old. We were consdiering leaving the next day to find alternative accommodation.

The location Firstly when we arrived to the hotel , the room was terribly dirty and it was 4:00 pm which was the legal time for checking in, we asked the house keeper about the lack of cleanliness, she informed us that there was a lot of work. Secondly the room facilities were untidy and as an aparthotel it lacks many equipments for example : MIcrowave , iron , washing machine and a kettel, also some of our door locks were not working properly. Last but not least we asked for the reclamation book to sum up all of our opinions but they refused to give it to us.
