Hotel Cleopatra Palace    

The exceptional friendly service from the staff and the standard of maintenance of the hotel. This was our third visit and we will be back again in the Autumn.

We liked the staff. The location. The cleanliness that was maintained at all times. The breakfast was excellent.

We did not like the fact that tea/coffee making facilities were not available in our room. Also we would recommend that a bath mat be placed in the bath as we found the bath very very slippy when we were showering and had to be extremely careful each time we showered.

Very good location with direct access to the beach. Perfect breakfasts with a rather wide choice. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Do not use the bar near the pool - I was offered the sour fruit salad.

design + decorations: 1980s Atlanta - things have moved on, pls look at Sleeper magazine the music in the atrium disturbs the rooms staff could be more friendly - they are ok but a bit business-like breakfast - reduce the number of things but improve quality - make it fresher

Good location,good value and clean hotel

We like everything in the hotel from the check in until check out.

The location of the hotel was right on the beech, close too all the shops,bars etc.

Room very tired needed updating for the price we paid.

i think all of thing except internet wifi and bed(seperate bed join to gether) is good

Very generous breakfast buffet, the bed was very comfortable.

Very dated, our plunge pool leaked, shower leaked and was in need of repair. Entire hotel looks outdated and needs to be modernized.

Hotel on the beach and near shops and restaurants, clean and spacious, very good breakfasts.

We had a good room with a sea view but it was just above reception and coaches were arriving to drop people off frequently throughout the day.

Good quality room and balcony. Excellent breakfast. Free parking. Relatively quiet location next to the beach.

Glitzy decor not to our taste. All sunbeds "reserved with towels etc" by 0900 but not actually used until much later.

Lack of hotel entertainment Hotel falls silent at 11pm. Having to pay full hotel tariff on arrival, without warning.

Luxurious, big and well designed hotel on the beach and opposite 'the posh strip' for loads of shops and restuarants. Excellent spanish show on site.

All of it, had a fab time, definitely will return.

The food was very good.Staff were very nice.

No 1. In the room where my wife and I were staying there was a constant high pitched pump/motor noise 24/7 which made our sleeping very uncomfortable

Great Friendly Service Excellent Location

No shop in Cleopatra Palace - had to walk quite a bit to buy a newspaper in the adjoining Mediterranean Palace hotel

Where it was situated. The staff couldnt do enough for you. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to friends.

The room wasnt cleaned until 5 oclock, obviously not enough staff to cope with the work load , as cleaning only adequate . The seating areas needed warming up with some nice setees and coffee tables, those green chairs are very dated.
