The hotel has a pleasant ambience, a feel of unhurriedness, but very efficient. It is reflective of the lovely city of Madrid.

I have to admit that the bathroom was very good. The staff was quite friendly. Location is perfect.

I am sure they have better rooms but in my case I ended up in a gloomy, narrow and depressing interior room with no natural light coming in and very limited space to move around. It should be possible, when you reserve a room that they give you in advance the look of the room you will be in and not a general picture of the best rooms in the hotel, just to avoid “surprises.”

Everything was OK except very noisy room, windows are not noice proof, could not sleep well because of the noise coming from the entrance of a nignt club in front of the hotel.

Very central Location

Extremely noisy room facing street with bars. Might have been unlucky as it was the evening of a football match.

We stay in this hotel as we visit Madrid. Location , personal - everything is very good.

I liked the staff, the location, and the lovely room. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The front staff was very helpful. It is a great place to explore Madrid. It is an impressive hotel with a lovely lobby.

The staff not friendly, have never congratulated on New Year's holidays, in hotel paid Wi-Fi, fragmentary towels,, it is very noisy at nights

No telephone guide in the room ! How to cal to reception ? - No info in the room 406 ... Requested next day - was brought as a list of paper printed. WiFi was for 13 Eur/day and rather fast ... , bat there were no access to RADIUS server (Internet Service Provider fault ) about couple of hours ...

Fantastic location close to all major attractions. Breakfast served til 11with great selection & fab coffee!!!! A little gem if a hotel that was clean & staff were friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Madrid.
