the staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean There is only one English TV channel(CNN). They should provide more English TV channles. And the breakfast is very good except that all the meats are pork.They should provide beef or chicken lunchon as well. |

A clean bright friendly hotel in an excellent location in the center of Madrid. Excellent service and good breakfast. The only complaint is the bed was too hard. |

It is very centrally located with easy access to many sights and shopping district, good for tourists. Hotel has a nice lobby floor with comfortable sitting area, while the room we stayed was small but the bath room is clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet is a plus especially when it's included in the room rate. It would be even better if the hotel could put a free/compliment bottle of water in the room daily as most of the Asian hotels would do, marginal cost but big value to the customers. |

Central location There was no iron in the room, I couldn't borrow an iron & there was no-one available to iron my shirt! Not great when you're on a business trip. The hotel is very close to the red light district |

The hotel has recently been renovated and this has been done with great imagination and to the highest quality. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent, as was the quality. The in-house restaurant offers an excellent selection of dishes and wines at reasonable prices. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the 'golden triangle' of museums and Plaza Mayor, and is in a quiet backstreet. |

Very helpful staff, well positioned for the Galleries and the more interesting areas for restaurants, tapas bars and shopping. Also three Metro stations close by. Comfortable, quiet room at the back of the hotel. WiFi in the room. Pay for WiFi |

Initially we were concerned about the situation of the hotel,basically on a lane like street but it turned out to be a superb location which was walking distance from everywhere.The staff,cleanliness,and food were excellent. Only a small thing but at breakfast the hot food sometimes lay to long before being replaced. |
