This 5-star hotel is located opposite San Sebastian’s Victoria Eugenia Theatre, with views over the Cantabrian Sea and Urumea River. Decorated in classic Belle Époque style, it features a fitness centre. Rooms at the María Cristina Hotel have a flat-screen satellite TV, dark wood furniture and air conditioning. The marble bathroom comes with a separate bath and shower, double sink, bathrobe and slippers. Guests can enjoy views over the hotel gardens and the River Urumea from the María Cristina. The Kursaal Convention Centre is around 300 metres away. The hotel’s Saigon café serves Vietnamese cuisine, while the Easo offers regional and local food. The location of the Hotel was fabulous overlooking the river & out to the beach. The Hotel had a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant, the food was excellent & reasonable. I would certainly revisit this Hotel. We had two computers that required WiFi in our room. The Hotel charged you on a per computer basis which was not explained on check-in. So once one computer had logged into the WiFi system the second computer was unable to connect. You had to pay again for use of the WiFi for the second computer, which we didn't do as the cost of using it was too expensive in the first place. It should be one connection cost only for as many computers in a room as you wish.

Excellent helpful staff. We arrived early and asked to leave our luggage We did not expect to be able to check in but they obtained a room for us which was ready well before the check-in time. The staff member at the desk greeted us by name when we returned after a short walk. A hotel of this standard should offer free Internet access. Every other hotel we stayed in France and Spain

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the city. It is clean, extremely comfortable and the door staff are extremely helpful. The extras they provide make it worth staying here. We did not eat in the hotel as we preferred to sample the local restaurants. Excellent value for money, would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent with the Old Quarter of the city within a five minute walk. The staff were multi-lingual and extremely helpful. The room was large and spacious with a well equipped bathroom (separate bath and shower). Our stay was most enjoyable and if we return to San Sebastian will definitely stay at this hotel. Well worth the money we paid.

La ubicacion Si que al hacer la reseva te bloquean el gasto de la habitacion y el dia que te retiras lo siguen teniendo bloqueado y tienes que pagar dos veces. Todavia espero que me desbloquen el gasto de la habitacion despues se 1 semana.

La ubicacion y antiguedad del hotel, muy bella Si, que todo te lo cobraran llamamos al servicio 24 hs de comida y nos dijeron que no podian hacernos un sandwich porque habia solo un empleado.. Luego internet te lo cobran y el desayunio tambien pagando 335 euros por habitacion podrian incluirlo... Ademas los precios el service room son altisimos.. El estacionamiento carisimo
