Aparthotel Mariano Cubi Barcelona  

After two days on 5th floor (read below) I moved on first floor - very nice room, everything new, LCD screen, free internet with a good speed. Hotel is very well located, just 500 metres from metro station. Area is full of small bars, restaurants ans discos packed with local people. (in my opinion It's better than barrio gotic). I can't say anything about breakfast but you can take it nearby - at this street there are about 10 bars working since 8 a.m. If you avoid 5th floor it's really nice 4star hotel

Never agree to be placed on 5th floor - rooms have terrace that makes its surface very limited. Fourniture is tired and under - equiped bathroom with old tiles. Overall 5 th floor it's 2 star room - rating 3,5

Lived up to the recommendations of other users in every way. Location is very good if you do not want to be in the 'tourist' part of Barcelona but still had easy access to the centre (two metro stops away). In a very agreeable residential area with a range of very good Spanish restaurants nearby, including the excellent Antigua,10 metres from the hotel entrance.

The room was very comfortable for 3 people. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful.

Noise level from surrounding rooms and room above as the walls were very thin. Also did not like the location. We left after one night for a hotel in the city.

Friendly front office, location near to bus and train station, clean.

Uncomfortable bed.

The hotel was just as it was advertised, family friendly, out of the city so quiet at night. Local transport was super and staff were very helpful arranging tours or in my case especially helping me print off my return boarding cards.I Felt it was real value for money but sadly our trip was only for 2 nights. Plenty of activities to do and places to visit. Have recommended the Hotel already to friends and would definitely go back to Barcelona again in the future. Staff in restaurant were very patient and breakfast was plentiful.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms great. Some of the furniture is a little on the cheap side but perfectly serviceable. Although not in the centre of town I think the hotel is great and not too difficult to access on the metro. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I don't like any thing

The services very bad and the hotel very noise from the street you can hear any sound from any where this is not four star hotel it's one star hotel i am always book my hotels from booking but this time they give me very bad hotel. If the booking can retain my many I will be happy

The staff was very professional. The room was superbly designed with all the comforts one could ever desire

Good place, good stuff, good breakfast. Very comfortable for young children, becouse room with kitchen and good air condition (cold and wam). wi-fi.

sometime impeded audibility - neighbours, very creaking carriage of the stuff for cleaning rooms, a vacuum cleaner, noise in the street.

Really nice and helpful staff, big and comfortable room with balcony.

Breakfast could be improved.

The room was very comfortable and a good size for our family of four.

Commutable to tourist location. Close to public transport. Very nice, comfortable apartment with extremely helpful staff.

It was quiet and away from the noise of a big city yet only minutes to the metro and the city attractions

It was missing a bar.
