Lots of work going on at hotel so a bit noisey at times also bedroom was bit stuffy as no light

Nothing really

The reception staff were fantastic and allowed us to book in although we were very early. We had booked only the night before and our booking didn't show up but they found us a room and were very helpful and friendly

The suite was very pleasant but the bedroom had windows which opened out onto the communal hallway which could be very noisy. The bedroom was very gloomy and dingy, although furnished very nicely.

Had to pay for parking. Had to leave a deposit for towels and room safe. Buffet breakfast was basic.

Beds a bit close together around the pool area. Could do with a larger area.

Pool area beautiful. Rooms spacious and clean.

Sun loungers a little cramped.

Housekeeping and breakfast staff lovely and helpful. Rooms are spotless. It is a lovely quiet, safe place for people of all ages.

Our 4th trip but possibly our last. The pool was not heated. We were happy to pay extra to have a heated pool. But this year the pool was not warm until our last day. It is false advertising to say that the pool is warm and then to find it is cold. Reception told us they could do nothing. This is not an adequate response from a 5 star hotel. We travelled to Mogan to find a nice beach. This defeated the purpose of paying extra for a heated pool. Reception staff could do some simple things to deserve a 5 star classification. 1. Acknowledge that people are waiting at the counter instead of ignoring them. 2. Do not send people to their rooms with videos which reception KNOW are not in their language. 3. Learn a few simple English phrases. 4. Have information about local bus services/tours etc. to hand. Everyone else is so helpful it is a shame that reception lets the hotel down.

Pool and Room

Very spacious rooms great view over harbour big balcony infinity pool fantastic very clean

Kitchen equipment cutlery etc was not adequate lifts too slow and this was off peak must be a nightmare at busy times

Large rooms, pool has stunning views of the sea. Loved the breakfast by the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

The lifts could be updated - they were a bit slow and small and we often had to wait to get in one.

I loved the space in the Apartment. The pool is beautiful. The staff are very very nice and helpful. Close proximity to main centre, but not too close. View from our apartment.

I did not like the sun loungers so close together. I did not like the fact that as a self catering booking the electricity was very unreliable. The fridge was clean but on closer inspection under the freezer box needed to be defrosted. The tiles in the bathroom would benefit from a steam clean to get the black spots from between the tiles.

It's Noisy at night (3 am rubbish collection). Woke me up every night.Bring ear plugs if you can. Dirty floor-we had black feet Cramped Sunbeds Beds are not the best, and I advise making use of the Pillow menu. The standard one is like sleeping on a bag of apples

Buffet food

Great Hotel. Very friendly staff. Wonderful swimming pool which falling into ocean. Just incredible views. Is good to take room with breakfast as the breakfast was very good and tasty with fresh squeezed orange juice.

I was missing sea view from the window as we booked room with view. Unfortunately we've been accommodate on first floor that you can see only marina.

Staffing/service in all areas excellent,apartments well maintained with a good level of equipment.

Duble bed booked, two singles pushed together are not a double bed.

Excellent hotel. Very well organised and ran. Can't rate it highly enough. Well done everyone involved. We really enjoyed our stay.
