the pool area and the secret garden , plus bar prices were very reasonable , rooms were ok,

the lifts , if you were above 6 they were a nitemare especially at meal times

Food was very poor

The hotel is fine staff are friendly and helpful no problems. We have been before and there are no serious problems.

There was not enough staff clearing tables in the restaurant. Bedrooms now need a facelift with decent showers.

2 double beds

bit tired ,needs refurbishing ,and to close to night clubs ,very noisey

The staff were very good and the rooms clean with the towels changed daily. It was very central with plenty of bars close by but they didn't disturb us in our room. The breakfast had plenty of choice. I would go back there again.

We asked for a pool view but just had a view of the domed ballroom roof (room 221) and no balcony.

The welcome into the restaurant and the food were excellent there was plenty of room to relax in or out of the heat and the bar staff were very friendly and room was good with a good outlook.

We did,nt like to see the amount of food that was taken out of the restaurant to be eaten later no wonder people only book half board.

The central location

We were on the eighth floor, the air conditioning fans were directly above us and I did not sleep at all overnight because of the noise

Food, service, and cleanliness always first class

The food was very good, the room was very spacious we found the staff very friendly and close to all the night life.

Location was very good as were the pool and facilities. Staff including maids were all very helpful.

De ligging van het hotel. De ruime kamer. De stevige matrassen op de bedden.

Alles is erg gedateerd en aan vervanging toe. Erg kleine liften. De ontbijtzaal is erg ongezellig.

Habitación amplia y soleada. Servicio y amabilidad del personal de recepción y camareros.

Buffet. Ascensor lento y pequeño. Piscina sombría.

Poca cosa,para no mentir,la atencion recibida en check in y check out

Casi todo,hotel ruidoso,habitaciones con decoracion cutre,faltaba un poco la limpieza,gente haciendo ruido por los pasillos casi todo el dia,conexion wifi de pago y que funcionaba a medias...un desastre!

Trabajo en hoteles y me parece horroroso el buffet del desayuno es lo peor que he visto en mi vida nunca habia visto el descafeinado a granel quizas tendria que denunciar a sanidad que se pasaran a ver como esponen la camida me parecio lo peor he viajado a varios paises y nunca vi algo igual me parecio tendrian que quitarle dos estrelllas. no esiste un director en ese hotel que mire como lo tiene

The perfect location - so central, especially for nightlife - the hotel is one street away from the main center of bars, clubs etc which is exactly what we wanted. Pool is nice and the hotel's Secret Fountain Bar is great - we loved it, its a roof-top bar with live music in the afternoons, very relaxing and great service.

Breakfast could have been better - choice was limited compared to other hotels of this standard I have stayed in in Spain. Although we loved the location the prices they charge for the summer months are just too expensive, we paid €120 for one night - we would have stayed for 2 nights if we had gotten a better deal.

faltan ascensores. tuvimos que bajar a desayunar por las escaleras y para bajar las maletas estuvimos un buen rato esperando al ascensor. demasiados pisos y habitaciones para tan pocos ascensores.
