Everything, location, staff, pool, room, cleanliness, everything was perfect!

Good location with metro station. Not far to sea and central of Barcelona. The room is big and bed is comfortable. Bath is clean and luxury. Nice mini bar.Hotel staff is really nice to help.

Some room facility is broken and lost of repair. Surround area is lack of restaurant.

Great staff, very helpfull.

We loved the complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful although one of the barmen didn't seem to be quite with it! The room was a decent size, and if you don't mind walking that extr bit you can get around on foot fairly easily from here, otherwise the metro is easy and just a few blocks away. The Olympic port and beaches are just about 10 minutes walk away which is great.

The floor of the room could have been cleaner and the walls were fairly thin so you could occasionally hear your neighbours, and there were some noisy pipes when showers went on and off etc. The hotel couldn't give us a double when we arrived as there were only twin rooms available and the hotel was fully booked for Easter. They offered to put the twin beds together with one mattress on top, which was absolutely fine, but couldn't do this until after the first night of our stay, I'm not sure why. Although the location was good for getting into town or to the beach, it was a shame that the surounding streets were pretty much all residential, so alternatives to the expensive hotel breakfast were hard to find nearby. We ended up going to the marina and having breakfast in the sun there, which was a pretty good solution! Despite the minor problems above, we did enjoy our stay.

I found all staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was superb.

I did find the surrounding area can be a little unsafe in walking to the Metro station and the beach area since it is a very quiet area with all the shops closed down and lots of teenages round and about.

Very nice room for the price in Barcelona.... Not in the center of town but a quick walk to the beach and metro made it very nice. We did the long walk up Marina to Gaudi's unfinished cathedral:)

In our room did not have extra bed sheets, we had to sleep simply under a blanket

professionnal staff , nice rooom and very good breakfast

They have to think about smokers. Tehy should have a heating place outside for the smokers

No tea making facilities in the room!

The price is reasonably good. Location is about 10 minutes from the Olympic port, which is very beautiful port in the middle of a nice beach. The Bogatell metro station is just 1 min form the Hotel. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Staffs were very helpful.

You need to pay 15 Euros more for the breakfast. The location is not very close from Rambla road and Barcelona Square. You need to ride the metro to reach there.

Clean nice rooms, good position

The moquette of the floor was a bit old and too much noise close to my room because my room was near the cleaning room... Yet I think there should be less noise otherwise you should not assign the room you gave me!
