Nice spa! Clean rooms and comfortable double bed (a bit narrow). Great value.

There were quite a lot of ants in our room. Rather slow elevators.

Comfortable. Good facilities. Good location.

We stayed five nights and on three nights we were disturbed at various times through the night by a neighbour's bath being run, toilets being flushed and running water. Sound insulation not good.

My husband is a wheelchair user and required a room with disabled facilities. The room we received was very spacious and the bathroom had ample room for the wheelchair the only problem was there was no chair or fold out seat in the shower area. When I told reception they sent someone from housekeeping straight away and a chair was provided. The staff in the hotel were excellant all spoke english and nothing was a problem for them, the location is near the Olympic port which was quiet enough but a nice alternative to the busy Rambla's area and I would definitely stay there again

The only thing i didnt like about the hotel was the dinner menu .. i would have preferred it to be a bit more international, but having said that it would not put me off staying there again

The privilege room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was more than ok. Room service was excellent.

The elevators were slow and always opened for no reason ... no bicylce renting at the hotel, and to store them, we were asked to rent a car parking space ( 20 € per day ! )

A comment not a complaint. The name of the hotel h10 Marina Barcelona creates the wrong impression. Several non spanish friends we met in Barcelona said it sounded (h10) like a prison camp. We thought the same when we made the booking and for this reason we questioned whether or not to make a reservation.

The hotel is nice. As we were there for a week we got a large room with a nice view. The location is very good, near seaside and town center. Clean, very good breakfast. Polite and helpful staff.

The room was with wide glass walls - beautiful, but no possibilities to open a window.

Nice rooms, good beds, breakfast buffet is very good !

In the restaurant only one person did speak English and this delayed ordering and service time in an environment where most of the guests are not speaking Spanish. We had a very negative experience with spa : I checked in the morning wether a reservation was necessary for me and the 2 children - no, we were wellcome anytime. When we arrived in the afternoon we were told access was denied to the children (10 and 12) in the afternoon. There is no price reduction for children in the hotel - then I expect them to get the same treatment as adults also which was definitely not the case !

Hotel was comfortable and in a good location The choices at breakfast were excellent, somethig for everyone. The bedroom was roomy and of a high standard of appointment. Check in and out was very efficient and hassle free.

On the down side, there was not tea / coffee facilities in the room.

Deserves to be a 5* hotel in every way. Professionalism was everywhere. Last, breakfast was plenty & very rich in variety!

Mmm! one thing only: I was accomodated on the 10th floor & the A/C noice was annoying!

The price is reasonably good. Location is about 10 minutes from the Olympic port, which is very beautiful port in the middle of a nice beach. The Bogatell metro station is just 1 min form the Hotel. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Staffs were very helpful.

You need to pay 15 Euros more for the breakfast. The location is not very close from Rambla road and Barcelona Square. You need to ride the metro to reach there.

Spent a wonderful day in a privilege room - posh suit on the top floor with a breathtaking view on the city. The room definitely costs its price: you got all included - mini-bar, lounge with drinks, a bottle of vine with dinner, spa. So, that's everything you need for romantic hideaway or just comfortable vacations. At the hotel you can find a restaurant with fine cuisine. Prices are adequate for Barcelona. Delicious and various breakfast. Small but cozy spa - they have pool, sauna, hot tub, you can order some cosmetic treatments or massage as well. Not many people down there what is nice. The other pleasant option is personalized timing of check-in and check-out - if the room is available you can come earlyer or stay more after 12 without any extra costs. Very nice, friendly and helpful stuff. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially with its privilege program - you won't regret it!

In the description of privilege program a welcome gift is listed but I didn't find it. Maybe it's flip-flops?) Well, if there were a present it wasn't so obvious. However I can't say that it spoils our stay - it was awsome!
