Due to security reasons children under 16 years old are not allowed within the Spas premises.

Area information

Located just 300 metres away from the Olympic Port, with its beach, restaurants, cinema, shopping centre, bars and more, the hotel is also only 1 km from the CCIB (Convention Centre) and 5 minutes from la Sagrada Familia.

my room has a thin wall and can hear of neighbors' converstations. aircondition is weak for colder days.

Access to their parking is awful - very steep with old lifting doors that do not work - you have to call and wait for the assistant and he has problems, too. Also for the final payment with credit card and parking machine we had to call the assistant. Again problems with lifting the gates.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The person taking care of my room kept removing or replacing towels w/o requesting it. Also, I prefer rooms with carpets, not parquet.

-Excellent staff! Very helpful to everything we asked. Hola guys! We will see you probably again. A+++! Also the location of the hotel is 5 minutes from a metro station where you can go anywhere.

Close to the sea. Large, clean room. Nice room service food

I requested a double bed but only got 2 singles. No coffee/tea-making facilities in room. No welcome drink, although other guests did receive one. Room was noisy - thin walls. Some staff were helpful, others were bordering on rude. Floor in room was hard, creating a 'cold' feel. Seems like hotel geared to business people not so much holiday makers (atleast when I was there). Hard to find

The outdoor pool was a fantastic sun trap - a shame the bar there was not put to better use. Morning tea by the pool would have been a good feature.

The pool did not open unitl 11am. It was a waste of half a day if you wanted to swim in the mornings. Also - there was no advertised information about the 17 Euro charge for the spa and indoor pool.

Nice setting and the staff were very friendly and helpfull

We did not know about the extra charge of 14 euros for the use of the swimming pool and leisure facilities and took no money down with us as this was not mentioned in any of the hotel booklets. Rather than go all the way back up to the room for money, we did without our swim which we were looking forward to

Good location for access to the marina and the metro

Breakfast was a bit steep but there were ample cafes/bars within walking distance.
