Warning! Extremely noisy

Warning! Extremely noisy, I couldn't sleep, room basement under reception hearing the staff talking, hearing trolleys, heals 24 H. I opened the window ; no sea, there was a wall in front of my nose, the first day I went to a pharmacy, I got a terrible headache and nausea, I I tried to change my room with no answer...I Booked a room, I was in a room, a torture room number 212, I will never forget it

Location and friendly reception

Paper thin walls leaving us to noise next door

We asked through booking.com for a room with the view on the sea. We were given one without view or air. We asked the receptionist to change the room and she was nice enough to give us another one, without view, but at least with decent air flow through the balcony. The hotel is on the coast so you have the beach below. It is cheap. The receptionist is very nice, not very talkative but she got the point when we pointed out how terrible the first room was, and gave us another one. The hotel manager is nice too.

Some of the rooms have a a view on public stairs and on the air conditioning system, so if you get one of those rooms it's hell as you cannot breathe and it's noisy.I Wonder why those rooms are not simply shut down,as the absence of fresh air remind me of Dickens descriptions of some London areas in the 19th century. The hotel area is full of young uneducated tourists from northern europe or Italy, who come to party, and the street below it is extremely noisy at night. Worst experience I've had so far, but I never travel to cheap popular destinations usually. I don't think I'll be back to Ibiza during summer season as it's too touristic and soulless for my taste.

A bit too far from town centre

In front of the sea, wonderful view, 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Large rooms with 1 double + 1 single beds.

The breakfast is really low level (at least for italian people's standard).

Location is close to beach and downtown, staff is polite

I was offered a room without a window on the ground floor, althougt it wan not mentioned in booking conditions. There was hard to breathe. After some negotiation with hotel staff I was offeres another room.

The hotel was in a nice area although not the best location.

The room was horribly small with a tiny dark bathroom. The tv is terrible with only one english channel, cnn. The pool and gym were kept dark and not at all inviting.

This hotel could also be 3 Stars. We were well impressed. It is located in Ibiza town and Ses Figuertes beach is definitely better than Playa En Bossa (beach itself and restaurants). For clubbers the Hotel has a perfect location as it is easy to get from there to Pascha or Space, as well as to San Antonio (with Cafe Del Mar and Mambo Cafo) because the proximity to the bus stops.

Do Not Stay Here!!! The front desk agent was extremely rude, she did not care that we chose to stay at this location. We asked for restaurants, lounges and places to check out and she was not helpful at all. The rooms smelled of bleach as well there was a cigarette under our bed. The sheets were crusty and the lamps had unknown smelling substances on them.

Good location in relation to Ibiza town
