Our entire experience at the hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed it; the hotel staff and family very helpful and accomodating and guest rooms and facilities very comfortable. The views are wonderful and there is a feeling of something very special about this hotel

Only the bistro restaurant was open on the evening we stayed (Monday night) and the food was very very nice but as we would it breakfast there the following morning it would have been nice to have another option. In the Bistro restaurant the initial service was very slow as it appeared that although there were adequate members of staff to service the number of diners the Maitre D was the only person permitted to take any order from the tables which slowed things down a little.

The position and design of course! Rooms very well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. Wine tour very good.

Dining room rather cramped. Confusion over the account. We were charged for the other two couples we were travelling with and were not aware until credit card statement arrived. Any extras should be signed for. The bar closed early and drinks were served in the library on the floor above which made it more work for the staff.

Evening meal whilst ok rather let the whole experience down. Snack in bar very good, breakfast very good - don't bother with evening meal.

We liked: (a) the quality of the room, the view and the silence. Ideal for rest in a relatively isolated setting.; (B) the quality of the breakfast and the variety of products available to the guests; (c) the location of the hotel; (d) the attention of the staff in the Bistro, both at dinner and at breakfast.

My wife and I had dinner at the Bistro. We found the food quite good, but the quality was below the expectactions we had built based on the information about the reputation of the chef. This is not a complaint on food quality, but a comment on the importance of matching results with the expectations created about the food.

The design is the most stunning feature but the staff are so friendly you at no time feel overawed or intimidated. Rosie in the spa was particularly welcoming! Loved the pool and relaxation area overlooking the vines.

Beautiful hotel, but you have to go and look for it. Very comfortable, excellent service by the maids. The location is in a very scenery area,

The front office personnel gave us incorrect information about the train schedule. Not one but twice. The Spa personnel is not at your service but we have to accomodate to their schedule. I could not use their services because they were at lunch. As a tourist you would appreciate if they try to accomodate to our needs.

El hotel en sí, su estilo, el entorno, la tranquilidad que se respira y por supuesto la bodega.

La impresión del edificio a la llegada. El spa y área wellnes y sus servicios destacables. La amabilidad del personal de cara al publico. La tranquilidad y entorno.

No hubo un cambio diario de ropa de cama, todo el conjunto de lencería lamentable). Las toallas del baño mal colocadas, los jabones sin repuesto ( gel. Ducha), y falta de un lugar adecuado para colgar albornoces para secar adecuadamente, ya que siempre estaban húmedos. El repaso de la habitación deficiente en conjunto. La camarera de planta entro en la habitación dos veces sin llamar !!!. Falta de coordinación entre recepción y reservas, en dos casos concretos el mismo día.

Me ha encantado el diseño del hotel así como el entorno en el que se encuentra. Además del buen trato de los empleados y su esquisita cocina.

Arquitetura.

Atendimento das recepcionistas péssimo (pedante), custo benefício péssimo. Diária de 500 euros e ainda cobram um absurdo por uma àgua do frigobar e também pelos ítens cobrados no bar do hotel. Não recomendo. Me senti explorado.

A paz, o sossego, o clima de aconchego e a beleza de um por do sol nas montanhas nunca visto antes. Apresar de já ter visto muitos.
